Tender For Repair Resurfacing To Road Road Furniture Road Marking And Path Area Under Ge Central Kahdki; 1 M & L Repairs to pot holes any depth n,exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc, cutting around edges atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer (VG -10) @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm,putting in premixbituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder (VG-30)9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed(including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 2 M&L for scarifying or picking to the depth exc 50mm and n exe 100mm gavelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exe 400 sqm alland removing exceeding 50 Mtr & n.exc 500mtrs and stacking complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 M&L for providing 7.5cm thick (Compatcted thickness) WBM, with granite, trap or basalt coarse aggregate of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3(50 to 20mm size) spread and rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 All as per item No.03 above but except material (Material used obtained from scarifying). 5 M &L Preparing unsurfaced WBM surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms, and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc andapplying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer RS-1@ 7.5 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 6 M&L for Preparing black top surfaceby brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 @ 2.5Kg/10Sqm with sprayer over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 7 M&L for providing 75 mm thick (consolidated thickness) or less premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen (VG-30) @4% by weight of hot mix mixed with aggreagate (as specified) in hot mix plant , rolled consolidated with 8 to 12 ton power/vibratory roller to the required gradient and camber on prepared WBM/Bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: The contractor quoted the rate shall be deemed to include the following elements:(i). The contractor shall got the mix design done through Govt approved lab and same shall be got approved from GE before incorporating in the work.(ii). In case variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in the quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted with price adjustment.(iii). Contractor shall submit the authenticated weigh batch receipt for every load of materials brought at site. 8 M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous emulsion RS-1@ 3kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over premix bitumen macadam surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 9 M&L for providing bituminous pre-mix asphaltic dense concrete 30 mm consolideted thickness with 5.5% binder content by (paving bitumen VG -30) weight of total mix. Laid withmechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: The contractor quoted rate shall be deemed to include the following elements:(i) The contractor shall got the mix design done through Govt approved lab and same shall be got approved from GE before incorporating in the work.(ii) In case variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in the quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted with price adjustment.(iii).Contractor shall submit the authenticated weigh batch receipt for every load of materials brought at site.(iv) The bitumen content ref at item No. 7 & 9 are for quoting/assesment of rate by the contractor. In case of actual bitumen consumption becomes less than specified consumption then the same shall be regularised through minus price adjustment at pro rata rates of the cost of bitumen whichever is more. 10 M&L for Moorum/Red bajri spread (Spreading thickness 75 mm) rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 M & L for preparing of New/existing black bituminous surfaces of road/Concrete and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS262-1989 with reflectory glass beads on bituminous road all as specified in clause 803.40 of MOSRTH specification over coat of self primer usingspecial applicator machine as per IRC pattern including cleaning of road surface free from dust & moisture and putting in duly mixed with 8% mica sign special applicator machine complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 S&F in repairs Cats eyes road stud ABS body conforming to IRC 67-1977 duel directional Glass beads reflector body material ABS plastic of size 90mm x 110mm x17mm, reflector 19 or 21 BI convex glass element on each side compressive strength upto 40 tonnes , colour body yellow colour with red reflector fixing by means of nail and epoxy fixing to roads by hammering including necessary earth work in replacement of damaged/displaced itemscomplete all as specified and directed. 13 S & F in repairs solar stud made out of Aluminium housing and precast construction solar powered monocrystal solar panel 2W 120mA type of battery NI-CD 1.2V 2500 m AH & flash rate 2 Hz or 70 Hz view distance over 300 mtr fitted with 2 Hz EL -805-3 pieces eacg side on 2 ends total 6 pieces LEDs flashing up to 12 hours of light at Night and solar batter automatically charge in day /sun light duly fixed with cement and hardner. 125 x 125 x 25 mm (60 mm shank) in Red / Yellow colours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 14 S & F in repairs for yellow black ABS plastic road speed breaker size( L250X B365X h50 mm) including fixing with epoxy adhesive all as per manufactural instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or pavingsn exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) 16 M & L for 75mm thick PCC M-7.5 grade (Nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of Interlocking Paver Blocks all as specified. 17 M & L for 25mm thick crushed stone dust/sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed. 18 M & L for Coloured Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finished any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigmentlaid over sand cushion including demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 19 M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles rubber moulded, glossy finish 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors, withgrey cement and pigments over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 including demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 20 M&L 100mm thick cement concreteM-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate Spike roiling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 21 M & L for Precast kerb of size 30x10x30cm,(in Cement concrete M-15)fixed over 75 mm thick cement concrete base ofM-10 incl demolition/ dismantling of old kerb block (Incl surface excavation, if required) and rest of surfaces &joints filled with cement mortar 1:6 & apply 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint (Approved colour/design) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 22 S & F Retro-reflective sign board of size 1.20mx0.90m made out of ACP sheet 3mm thick and fixed on SS 304 series hollow tubular of 40mm dia. The board shall be sheeted with reflective tape of blue/green colour, letter shall be written both sides in white colour writing of approved colour (Upto 60 letters on each side of board) of reqd shape and size as approved by GE. The sign board supported on 02 Nos post of 60mm dia SS pipe 304 series 4 Mtr long duly welded or fixed on SS nut bolts of required size as approved by GE. SS pipe fixed to the ground with 02 Nos 50X50X6mm size 60CM long MS angle iron welded to the bottom of SS pole including necessary excavation,returning filling and SS poles with sign board to be fixed with cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal mix) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 23 S & Ffor Convex Mirror of size 32 inch with height adjustable concreting pole of dia 3 inch fixed in PCC foundation M-10 (Nominal Mix) of size 30x30x45cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 24 S&F LED Kerb Stone of height 250-300mm, made of high grade HDPE material, shock resistance, Power 36v with combination of Red/White/Blue/yellow colour for installation embedded with cement concrete M-15 (Nominal Mix) alongwith locking keys complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
