Tender For Provn Of 115 X Electric Water Heater (Geyser 25/50 Ltrs) At Various Bldgs/Loc At Grrc Lansdowne; 1 Supply and installation of the electric water storage heater of ABS body type of 25 ltr capacity with rated power 2 KW, 5 star rated, vertical type, thermally insulated mild steel tank with glass coating inside the tank alongwith heating element with anticorrosive magnesium anode, NRV, thermostat, indicator and temperature adjustable knob including steel braided flexible connection for pipe of size 15 mm dia bore with G.I. hexagonal adapters/ nuts on both side for inlet (cold water supply) & outlet (hot water supply) and including provision ofwall mounting arrangement and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water including testing after installation complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells, Bajaj, Jaquar(For OR Married Accn). 2 Supply and installation of the electric water storage heater of ABS/ Metallic body type of 50 ltr capacity with rated power 2 KW, 5 star rated, vertical type, thermally insulated mild steel tank with glass coating inside the tank alongwith heating element with anticorrosive magnesium anode, NRV, thermostat, indicator and temperature adjustable knob including steel braided flexible connection for pipe of size 15 mm dia bore with G.I. hexagonal adapters/ nuts on both side for inlet (cold water supply) & outlet (hot water supply) and including provision ofwall mounting arrangement and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water including testing after installation complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells, Bajaj, Jaquar(For JCOs Married Accn) 3 S&F sub main wiring alongwith earth wire (green colour) with single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn with and including PVC casing caping of suitable size with standard accessories, of the following sizes of cable complete all as specified and directed:-NOTE :- Two/four run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one/two run of earth conductor and casing caping shall be measured as one unit. 4 2x4 Sqmm+ 1x4 Sqmm earth wire 5 S&F industrial type socket & plug top of 20Amp, 230V, Single Pole and neutral,sheet metal enclosure with and including MCB of ‘C’ series 10KA of following capacity complete all as directed and specified :- 6 Single Pole, 20 Amps, 240 volt. 7 S&F connecting & testing MCB, 230V/ 415Vwith rupturing capacity 10 KA of following capacity complete all as specified and directed:- 8 MCB 6 to 32 Amp, SPN, C series/ curve, 9 M&L for cutting of existing GI pipe lines in position, 15mm bore, for alteration or addition complete all as specified and directed. 10 S&F galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe), medium grade with all fittings (ISI Marked) and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling or laid in trenches of following bore complete all as specified and as directed :- 11 15mm bore 12 S&F15mm bore stop valve fancy type, cast copper alloy chromonium plated screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F15 mm bore bib taps, chromium plated, fancy type, long body, cast copper alloy with crutch handle, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed .
