Tender For Provision Of Fencing And Hard standing Around Basketball And Volleyball Courts At Icgas Ratnagiri; 1 Excavation in Post holes each, not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Material & Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply & Fix Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply & fix galvanised wire chain link fencing mesh with PVC Coating of size 50x50 mm aperture having 6mm dia wire (4mm dia wire plus 1mm PVC coating) zinc coated, (weight after applying a maximum pull) and shall confirm to IS: 2712-2003, chain link wire to withstand tensile strength of 400 to 500 Mpa, made up into fencing, mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including securing to steel post with straining bolts, binding wire etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The chain link mesh should be fixed stiff and intact to the steel post without any wavy. The chain link mesh should stand true horizontal irrespective of existing site condition without hanging or sagging to maintain uniformity. 5 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified. 7 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundations or for laying cables/pipes electrical poles etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil and / or laterite rock complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Material & Labour for Machine cut laterite stone masonry exceeding 10 cm in width square rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material & Labour for 15 mm thick rendering in stone masonry wall surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Returning Filling in including Spreading Levelling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm deep as in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified. 12 Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in rocks including spreading in low laying area and levelling all as specified. 13 Material & Labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material & Labour for broken stone or boulders as in hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed 15 Material & labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub floor, sub base, floor and paving’s etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Material & labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub floor, sub base, floor and paving’s etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs or benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified. 18 Material & Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives at 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new / prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed NOTES - Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine Mechanical means.
