| 9 | M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50%binder of paving Bitumen VG-30grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces,rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch \"A\".(ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 55,000/- per MT(without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in Sch \"A\".(iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side.(iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account. |
