(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 insuperstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :6.4.1 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 2 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4on rough side of single or half brick thick wall 3 Finishing walls with 1st quality Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additivesof required shade (Asian/ Snowcem/ Berger)on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Itr/ 10sqmoverand includingprimingcoatof exteriorprimerapplied@2.20kg/ 10sqm)at all heights to give an even shade etc. wherever required including supply of all materials,labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. 4 Anti termite treatment of lawn area through premise 30.50% I P. one liter premise diluted in 499 liters water and applying solution @ 1.00 litre solution per sqm lawn or bed area.(two application) i/c cost of chemical)including all Materials labours & tools etc.and as per direction of the Engineeer in- charge 5 Supplying and stackingScreened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete as perdirected Engineeer incharge(manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : 6 Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion and Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge 7 Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of officer-in-charge 8 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction ofEngineer-in-Charge. 9 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete. 10 Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 11 Providing and laying 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern, factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 12 Providing and applying Polyurethane (PU) floor paint/coat over old paver block surfaces and alike - internal pathway/road of approved brand (Asian/Indigo/Dulux) as per manufacturer recommendation of required colour to give an even shade after racking up the joints, scrappers to remove all dirt’s, spots, loose pieces of scales, cleaning thoroughly, washing the surfaces and preparing the surface wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge 13 Removal of synthetic enamel paint and the like by thoroughly brushing the surface, scrapping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning all dirt & dust & junken surface and preparation of surface smooth with necessary repairs to scratches including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge including all safty eqipments and insurance of labours. 14 Painting two coats or more coats with primer with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel Paint over previously painted Main gate and Wicket Gate of all height with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand (Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar ) and colour to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in chargeincluding all safty eqipments and insurance of labours.
