Supply of materials on rental basis for works related to stage, gate construction and tentage etc. during Ganga Mahotsav from 01.11.2025 to 04.11.2025. - Construction of a stage of approximately 2400 sq. ft. which will be prepared from wood, planks, beams etc. and the floor of the stage will be made of strong ply. The stage will be completely covered with water proof tarpaulin and white sheet, whose height from the stage should be at least 20 feet on both sides towards the front. A mattress and white new sheet will be spread on the stage. Frill will be put on the lower part of the front as per the instructions. The height of the stage will be three feet. (Complete work) (Open stage)4 Construction of waterproof pandal in hanger style on the stage or in front of the stage, which will be covered with wall ceiling from all sides. 5 German hanger to be installed at the respective event venue in Varanasi6 Work of wooden flooring inside the German hanger7 Work of laying approximately 2400 sq. ft. of Nilomium in front of the stage8 Big grand gate (size 30 ft. height 15 ft. which will be fixed tightly on the wooden batten with good quality coloured cloth and will be firmly jointed from inside with a pole. As per the instructions, logos and matter of the Tourism Department and Festival Committee will be put on the gate on both sides. The matter of the writing and design etc. will be approved by the concerned officer) (complete work)10 On the stairs in front of the stage 19 Strong wooden flooring to be done with MM ply etc.11 Console (9 feet length, 12 feet width and 10 feet height)12 Console (6 feet length, 4 feet height)13 New matting of good quality from Unitech14 Sofa set which will include one “two seater” and two one seater, good quality new or like new (branded-Godrej/Beacon)15 Steel chair with cover (Hathedar)16 Neel Kamal chair (Red-Black)17 Good quality carpet18 Good quality mattresses for stairs with Badhani print cover and two cushions on one mattress in the same color. 19 Thick mattress (2 to 3 inches) of white cotton20 Canvas 6 feet high (full size) of good quality21 White Chandni (like new)22 Ordinary beam barricading which will have two lines and total height will be 4 feet23 Work of covering cloth on top of barricading24 Work of fancy barricading with stainless steel pipe (without digging floor)25 Work of Mojo barricading (Black Mojo)26 White Mojo steel barricading27 Temporary construction of temporary green room as per the standards of Honble Prime Ministers program (size approximately 800 sq. ft.) The ceiling and all walls inside the green room made of GI sheet, beam, wood etc. will be covered with good quality white cloth. Flooring will be done with strong ply on the floor. Two cabins will also be made with curtains for the artists to change their clothes. There will be separate partitions for male and female artists. Its floor will be covered with good quality carpet and white moonlight. The green room will have a door, lock and latch. It will be mandatory to keep a fire extinguisher in the green room.28 Good quality dressing table with full size mirror to be placed in the green room29 Good quality central table with Sunmica top and glass30 Canteen Temporary construction of 10 X 20 feet (made of tin and cloth with four tables and four chairs as per requirement). It will be mandatory to keep a fire extinguisher in the canteen.31 Temporary construction of 10 feet high platform of 9 X 12 feet for electronic media coverage32 Temporary European toilet and urinal fully equipped, in which proper drainage system and bio-toilet system have been arranged from the point of view of ghats etc., which should be best from the point of view of environment and cleanliness. During the event, proper cleaning work will be done daily by the contractor. 33 Supply of chemical portable fiber toilet, which will have to be cleaned daily34 Construction of temporary store room of size 10 X 20 feet which will be made of GIC, wood, beam etc., which will have door, latch and lock-key. It will be mandatory to have an attendant for this.35 Construction of a well-equipped food stall of 15 X 15 feet at the festival venue, in which 2 angle tables and 6 chairs will have to be provided and good quality matting will be laid on the floor36 Iron angle table for sound/LED etc.37 Construction of Swiss cottage for VIP, which will have new sofa, center table, Gul Dasta, white towel etc. and arrangement of urinal etc. will be attached for VIP. Cleanliness and pollution will have to be taken care of in this. Swiss cottage can be built at the event venue. No separate transportation cost will be payable for this.38 Supply of 10-15 feet long beam for stage backdrop39 Automatic stand for labeling at Ghat40 Complete work of installing LCD/LED on stage backdrop and other places41 Flower decoration work (good quality) on the lower part in front of the stage and on its sides and railing etc. 42 Pagoda tents made of 3 x 3 meters
