| 5 | Engine (Cummins 6BT) no. 1 and Engine (Cummins 6BT) no. 3 required to be full overhauling (supply of spars and machine shop jobs will be done by WBSTC) |

| 7 | Engine room and rudder hold bilge suction line opening, cleaning, pressure testing and fitment. |
| 8 | Propeller shaft & Rudder arrangement including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair. |
| 9 | 04 nos. broken propeller blades are to be repaired by dove tail joining method with the Mn-Bronze piece welded by bronzed electrode. |
| 10 | Dynamically balancing of propeller. |
| 11 | Propeller and coupling be-in with the respective propeller shaft. |
| 12 | 04 nos. propeller shaft worn out journals metalizing by S.S Electrode & machining to suit with the respective bushes and trueness to be checked & rectified. |
| 13 | Rudder stock worn out journals to be metalizing and machining |
| 14 | Top & Bottom GM Bushes and Gland Cover of Rudder stock re-sleeving. |
| 15 | Rudder cutlass bush re-rubberizing. |
| 16 | 40 NB C.I. Valve required to be renewed. |
| 17 | 200 NB Main sea valve required to be repair. |
| 18 | Engine room bilge to be cleaned thoroughly and the floor plate to be fitted in position. |
| 19 | Both side engine stop solenoid including related defected device to be renewed. |
| 20 | Sea chests and valve chest to be cleaned and fitted back including all joints. |
| 21 | Entire vessel exterior and interior surfaces to be thoroughly chipped scraped & cleaned. |
| 22 | External surface along with deck fittings i.e. Bollards, Air vents, Ramps, Ramp hoisting post, Ladders, manhole doors etc. outside & inside of cabin , Toilet, Gallery, Store etc. to be painted marine coat by one coat epoxy primer and one coat of epoxy finish paint. |
| 23 | Interior surface i.e. Engine Room, Rudder hold along with engine room floor plates, inside girder, beams, bulked, frames etc. to be painted marine coat by one coat of epoxy primer and one coats of finish paint. |
