Tender For Maintenance and repair To Repair Of Country Side Face Wall Of Cd Structure Near 210 M Of Lbmc In Connection With Taragonia I Scheme.- 1 Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification,including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .I. In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by manual means. a) upto 3 m depth(iv) Without pumping out water and shoring 2 Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the backof abutments, wing-walls etc. with good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including inundating each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of sand. Quality of sand is to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge(a) Medium sand (Grading zone-II as per IS:383-1970) 3 Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches. 4 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mmnominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground flooras per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety 5 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary stsging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintel curved or straightincluding fitting fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (when the height of a perticular floor is more then 4 m. the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m. ht. shall be allowed under 12 (e) for every 4 m. topart thereof)(a) 25mm to 30mm shuttering without staging in foundation 6 Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of, A) Beyond 500 metre and upto 1.00 km.NB :- Measurement to be taken on the basis of stack measurement / prepost work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. No extra payment will be made for stacking. 7 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety 8 Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Super-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not lessthan 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape andplaced on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications
