Laying of mechanized mastic asphalt over concrete road surface adjacent to Hockey Play Ground at Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan, Salt Lake, during the year 2025-2026.- 1 Tack CoatProviding and applying tack coat with CationicBitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges ofmachinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).for unsupported length of vertical member above 1.50 m Height 2 Ordinary Cement concrete(mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(i) Pakur Variety 3 Mechanised Mastic AsphaltProviding and laying mastic asphalt by mechanical means done in a centralised batching plant with appropriate built- in pollution control units with specified aggregates and lime stone powder (with Calcium Carbonate content not less than 80%) and approved grade of industrial grade bitumen as per approved design mix, transporting the hot mastic ashphalt to the worksite by thermocontainer with thearrangement of maintaing specified temperature during transport, laying with a paver finisher for spreading and floating the plastic mixuniformly on the surface to the specified width and thickness at correct grade and camber through its heated, distortion free steelfloat and turning sword distributors, applying uniform size of bitumen coated stonechips at a specified rate, on the laid surface through apower driven chip spreader as per the procedure laid down in Annexure - II of IRC : 107 (2013) all complete as per clause 516 alongwith IRC : 107 for materials and design mix etc. 4 Road Marking with Hot Applied ThermoplasticCompound with Reflectorising Glass Beads onBituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform andfree from streaks and holes complete as per Clause 803 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). 5 TOTAL: 6 ADD :GST - 18% (SGST = 9% & CGST = 9%) 7 ADD : WEST BENGAL LABOUR WELFARE CESS = 1%
