Tender For Maintenance Work Up To Sadadih Patuli Of Gram Panchayat Padrauna - Clearing and Grubbing Road Land including up rooting wild vegetation,grass,bushes,shrubs,sapling and tree of girth up to 300mm,removal of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned,up to lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause201. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,Crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 3 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 4 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen(V G -10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surfacecleaned with Hydraulic broom 5 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 6 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 7 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 withas per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 8 S/Fixing of Ingraution stone Size 3x2 including writing with required pedestal & Photo graphs 9 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 withas per Technical Specification Clause 301.5
