Details Of Expenditure Incurred On Tents, Food And Other Arrangements In Mass Marriage Event - 05 photographs along with album to the bride after her marriage (For marriage- Jaimala, Pheras, Sindoordaan, Kanyadan, with family and with selfie point, for Nikaah- with family, joint photo of bride and groom at the time of signing, at the time of send-off, with selfie point) Note- For this work, one photographer will be arranged for 25 couples.Jaimala of 02 rose flowers for marriage, Sehra-Bella/Jasmine flowers for NikaahTurban/Safa (for groom)Dakshina/Remuneration for Pujari/Maulavi for solemnizing the marriageArrangement of German hanger for marriage ceremony of 100 or more couplesDecoration (Grand and attractive decoration of stage and pandal)Two to four LEDs with big screen at the venueGrand and attractive entrance with flower decoration at the entrance of the venue, on which banner related to the event will also be put up. Arrangement of loudspeaker/sound box/mikeBanner for the stage, on which the name of the scheme, photograph of the Honble Chief Minister of the state, Honble Minister of the department/Minister in charge of the district and names of the distinguished guests should be mentioned.Arrangement for breakfast for the bride and groom and 10 persons each from their side (Banana-02, Samosa-02, Barfi-01 piece, Chips 50 gm, Water bottle 500 ml, Cold drink bottle 250 ml, (Sharbat/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee as per season) Note- 20 packets of breakfast will be made available to the couple at the time of their presence in the program and beverages will be provided by setting up a stall Food arrangement for bride and groom and 10 persons each from their side (dal, rice, roti, puri, kachori, dry vegetable, mix veg, paneer ki sabzi, salad, rasgulla/kheer/halwa, chowmein etc.)5 kg boondi laddu separately for bride and groom side which will be provided in a bamboo woven basket with handle and covered with yellow transparent wrapper.Separate covered dry fruit baskets for bride and groom side (each of which will contain 500 grams almonds, 250 walnuts, 500 grams raisins and one dry coconut)Videography arrangement from the beginning to the end of the entire program.Installation of a big hoarding on the roadside at the venue (which mentions the eligibility of the scheme and the procedure to apply etc.)Color printing and lamination of marriage certificate on hard paperOther miscellaneous arrangements such as refreshment/food arrangements for special guests, cultural programs etc. which are to be done compulsorily
