Tender For The Work Of Installation Of Additional Dtr Under Edd, Atarra (Business Plan 2025-26) - The work of instalation of additional 63/100/250 KVA Distribution Transformers with extension of 11 KV/LT Lines, Construction of plinth for 250 KVA T/Fs and installation of the same on the double pole structure/plinths at- Bhanu Singh Ki Chakki ke Pass Rajnagar Atarra, Bisanda Road Near Krishna Gupta Ke Ghar ke Pass, Bisanda Road Near Arra Machine Ke Ghar ke Pass, Chandel Nivas ke pass Badausa Road Atarra, Lai Mandi ke pass Hanuman Place wali Gali me, Naraini Road Bade Lohar ke pass Atarra, BANDA Road Degree College Chatravas ke pass, APNA HOTAL KE SAMNE BANDAROAD ATARRA, SAMDARIYAN PURWA KE PASS, RAJKIY NALKOOP NO-4 KE PASS NARAINI ROAD,PIPRAHRI, Lahureta, Jamwara, Puraniya, Naseni, Magda Purwa, Bhawai, Kajipur, Jamapur, Pataraha, Girwan, Girwan Chauraha, Devi ji, MAJRA NAI DUNIYA CHAUSAD, DEVHAI BETU KA PURWA, REHUCHI KE MAJRA SHIVHSANKAR KA PURWA SE MAGDA PURWA TAK, Pawai (Block Atarra/Naraini/ Kalinger/ Mahua/ Badausa/Bisanda/Oran) etc. under BUSINESS PLAN SCHEME 2025-26 under EDD, ATARRA, including carriage of all required material/Transformers from ESC/Workshop BANDA to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also carriage of old/dismentled line material/T/Fs from site to store centre/workshop, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. Base (T/F) Angle as per RESSPO manual. 7 Aluminium Lugs as per RESSPO manual. 8 Copper L-Piece 2x225x12 mm as per RESSPO manual. 9 Channel Clamp with N/B all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 10 Suspension clamp with I Hook as per RESSPO manual. 11 LT Pole clamp with N/B as per RESSPO manual. 12 Ded End clamp with I Hook as per RESSPO manual. 13 Piercing clamp as per RESSPO manual. 14 Connecting Lead as per RESSPO manual. 15 Alluminium Paint as per RESSPO manual. 16 Red Oxide Paint as per RESSPO manual. 17 Earth Wire Clamp with N/B & all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 18 Erection/Instalation/Fixing of following :- 19 Safe cartage of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging. 20 Safe cartage of 11 Mtr. long ST poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging. 21 Safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, G.I. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of its dragging. 22 Erection of Single support on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. 23 Grouting of Single support on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). 24 Erection of Double support on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. 25 Grouting of Double support on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. Mtr. each). 28 Erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms. 29 Fixing of earthing rod as per RESSPO manual. 30 Laying, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. ACSR Weasel/Dog conductor on the newly erected poles with complete HT/LT Fittings as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 31 Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. LT PVC Cable of size 3.5x400 Sq.mm. on the newly erected D/P as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 32 Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. LT PVC Cable of size 3.5x150 Sq.mm. on the newly erected D/P as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 33 Safe cartage of 250 KVA Transformers from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of dragging. 34 Safe cartage of 100 KVA Transformers from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of dragging. 35 Safe cartage of 63 KVA Transformers from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of dragging. 36 Installation/Erection/Commisioning of 250 KVA Transformers on the newly/old erected doube pole/plinth structure in proper alignment and as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 37 Installation/Erection/Commisioning of 100 KVA Transformers on the newly/old erected doube pole/plinth structure in proper alignment and as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 38 Installation/Erection/Commisioning of 63 KVA Transformers on the newly/old erected doube pole/plinth structure in proper alignment and as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 39 Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of LT ABC Cable of size (3*95+1*70+1*16) Sq.mm. on the newly erected line as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 40 Painting of ST Poles as single/double poles with alluminium paint as per RESSPO manual. 41 Painting of ST Poles as single/double poles with red oxide paint as per RESSPO manual. 42 Fixing of Distribution Box with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 43 Fixing of11 KV TPMO with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 44 Fixing of11 KV Fuse set with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 45 Fixing of Danger Board with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 46 Fixing ofLT Incoming Pannel with mtering equipment & fixing arrangement with all accessories, including of the work of cartage & installation work also as per RESSPO manual. 47 Construction of new 11/0.4 kV, 250 KVA Transformer plinth of size 2x2x1.5 M. above ground level and one ft. below the ground level of 9”. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly. After that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:5 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled up to one ft. below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shall be provided up to 6” from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done. One No. Jail of 12 mm MS tore shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement, sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of Supervising Engineer.
