Tender For Construction Of 30,000 Litres Capacity O.H.T In Mahanagar At Ward No.03 In Avinashi Municipality.; 1 Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrockrequiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete 10 cum 2 First depth of 2m 3 Second depth 4 Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed. 5 Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge. 6 For footing 7 Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - 8 a) 1.5m to 4.5m below G.L 9 B) 0m to 1.50m Below G.L 10 C) 0m to 4.50m from G.L 11 D) 4.50m to 9.32m from G.L 12 E) 9.33m to 12.98m from G.L 13 Supplying and errecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.00m height for plane surface such as RCC Slab, Square (or) Round columns etc., as detailed below with all cross branchings using M.S. (S.I.No.358) 29 Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS(or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost ofsteel and binding wire also in all floors. 30 Refilling the foundation with excavated earth including consolidation as directed by the TWAD Board officers 31 Supply and delivery of following sizes of FRC Manhole Covers /Frames to stores as per IS 12592:2002 to its latest revision with reinforcement detalls for covers and frame Extra Heavy duty 8 600mm dia FRC manhole frame to have clear opening of 600mm dia to suit 600mm dia FRC Cover 32 Supply and fixing of PVC 6ksc& GI B class pipe from approved company and including cost and conveyance of materials and all etc complete complying with std specification 33 90mm PVC Pipe 34 Lowering PVC rigid Pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with pvc couplers with cement paste. 35 90mm PVC Pipe
