Tender For The Work Of 11 Kv Dtr Augmentation Under Edd, Atarra (Business Plan 2025-26) - The work of increasing capacity of 11/0.4 KV Sub-Stations from 100 KVA T/F to 250 KVA and construction of plinth for 250 KVA T/Fs and installation of the same on the double pole structure/plinths at- Kallu Vyas ke makan ke pass Rajnagar Atarra, Bandha Purwa, DIGREE COLLEGE CHHATRAWAS KE SAMNE BANDA ROAD, CHIMANI PURWA, GUMMA TALAB KE PASS etc. under BUSINESS PLAN SCHEME 2025-26 under EDD, ATARRA, including carriage of all required material/Transformers from ESC/Workshop BANDA to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also carriage of old/dismentled line material/T/Fs from site to store centre/workshop, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;- 2 Supply of following materials :- 3 M.S. Top Channel (125x65x3200) mm as per RESSPO manual. 4 M.S. Dropper Channel as per RESSPO manual. 5 M.S. T-off Channel as per RESSPO manual. 6 Aluminium Lugs as per RESSPO manual. 7 Copper L-Piece 62x225x12 mm as per RESSPO manual. 8 Channel Clamp with N/B as per RESSPO manual. 9 LT Pole clamp with N/B as per RESSPO manual. 10 Alluminium Paint as per RESSPO manual. 11 Red Oxide Paint as per RESSPO manual. 12 Danger Board with clamp nut-bolts as per RESSPO manual. 13 Erection/Instalation/Fixing of following :- 14 Safe cartage of 11 Mtr. long ST poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging. 15 Safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, G.I. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of its dragging. 16 Erection of Double support on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. 17 Grouting of Double support on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). 18 Erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms. 19 Fixing of earthing rod as per RESSPO manual. 20 Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. LT PVC Cable of size 3.5x400 Sq.mm. on the newly erected D/P as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 21 Safe cartage of 250 KVA Transformers from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of dragging. 22 Installation/Erection/Commisioning of 250 KVA Transformers on the newly/old erected doube pole/plinth structure in proper alignment and as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 23 Safely Loading/Unloading and dismentling/demounting of old existing 100 KVA Transformers from Plinth/double pole structure after opening of all connections, earthing & fittings alongwith safely cartage of the same from work site to ESC/Workshop and also cartage of Following capacity T/F from ESC/Workshop to work site, including loading & unloading at vehicle and dragging safe side etc. 24 Painting of ST Poles as single/double poles with alluminium paint as per RESSPO manual. 25 Painting of ST Poles as single/double poles with red oxide paint as per RESSPO manual. 26 Fixing of11 KV TPMO with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 27 Fixing of11 KV Fuse set with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 28 Fixing ofLT Incoming Pannel with mtering equipment & fixing arrangement with all accessories, including of the work of cartage & installation work also as per RESSPO manual. 29 Fixing of Danger Board with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 30 Construction of new 11/0.4 kV, 250 KVA Transformer plinth of size 2x2x1.5 M above ground level and one ft. below the ground level of 9”. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly. After that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:5 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled up to one ft. below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shall be provided up to 6” from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done. One No. Jail of 12 mm MS tore shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement, sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 31 Note: Any quantity of item from sl no. 1 to sl no. 2.17 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
