Bids Are invited for steel Regarding supply of furniture items for dining hall in hostel of NCA, Ghaziaba Supplying and Placing in place of 1 seater sofa. The overall dimensions of the sofa shall be 860W x 905D x 855H. The seat should be made of PU foam with Density 28 ± 2 kg/cu.mtr having an additional top layer of supersoft PU foam with Density 32 ± 2 kg/cu. Seat should be upholstered with fabric or leatherette. 2) BACK FOAM: The back should be made of PU foam with Density 28 ± 2 kg/cu. mtr with two additional top layer of supersoft foam of density 32±2 kg/cu. mtr, upholstered with leatherette. Understructure should be made up of 1.2±0.1 cm. thick hot pressed plywood (which also shall be resistance and termite proof as per IS:303.) and pinewood of cross section deviod of major knots and surface defects 6 nos. per seat and 3.8mm dia. zigzag spring assembly is mounted over understrucrure for cushioning effect. It should be a welded assembly made in Stainless steel (grade SS 202) tube & plate with plastic endcap. The company should be certified with the following Certificates: ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018 & ISO50001:2018, The product should be certified with the following Certificates: CII Greenpro, UL Greenguard, UL Greenguard Gold, GRIHA, SCS Indoor Advantage Gold, BIFMA Level 2. Two Seater Sofa 2 Each 3 Supplying and Placing oin Position Reception Table of size 1500 x 725 x 740 Linear as per design on site in 19 mm marine plywood frame work with 1 mm thk laminate/ Solid acrylic/ Veneer table top. Provide drawer cabinet with slides locking arrangament use necessary hardware like handles, use T.W. foot rest- all areas should be laminate finish. 1 no. Shelf for CPU to be provided below the desk as shown in the drg. All the inner surfaces shall he finshed with 1mm thick white laminate. 1 no. computer key board tray as per architects design using 15mm lhl-t maline ply base and 25 it fitimm round edged moulding on the front fit-ted with telescopic idouhle (Approved make of approved sliders). A drawer unit as showrl in the drg shall be provided- 3 nos of drawers with 1.0 mm. Thit. Laminate shall be provided. Height of drawers shall be 100 mm, 100 mm and 280 mm. Drawer shall consist of 12mm thk. marine Fly sides, back and timm thk. marine Ply base. Facia of drawers shall be of 19 mm thk. marine Ply finished in 1 mm Thk. Laminate and with a wooden moulding on top/ bottom edge for handle. Each drawer shall slide on a pair of telescopic drawer sllders (approved make). The inside portion of draws to be finished with white laminate. Reception Table 1 Each 4 Supplying and Placing in Position Reception Chair. The cushioned seat and back assembly consists of seat base moulded in glass filled Poly-amide, moulded polyurethane foam and upholstered with high stretch knitted polyester fabric. The back size shall be 45.5cm W x 53.0cm H. The HR polyurethane foam used in seat and back cushion is moulded in density 45kg per m3. The seat and back are firmly connected to the base frame and are cantilevered in such a way that it gives a multi dimensional movement possibility just with a simple lean on the sides or back, without need for complex manual adjusments. The cantilevered seat offers impact cushioning while seating and synchronises with the back movement during posture changes. The ‘S: shaped spines moulded in high strength glass filled Polyamide and the spine connector moulded in glass filled Polyamide form the back spine structure involved in multi dimensional recline motion. The variable tilt angle recline motion can be adjusted with 3 position Tilt limiter feature which is inbuilt in saet base and the tension is user weight dependent. The adjustable armrests assembly consists of armrest housing sliding over the armrest structure, both moulded in glass filled Polyamide. The pneumatic height adjustment shall have a stroke of 9.2cm.The pedestal is injection moulded in glass filled Polyamide and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The pedestal is 66cm pitch centre diameter and 76cm with castors. The overall dimensions of the chair shall be 76cmx 76cm x(99.5-108.8cm).
