Tender For Competitive Skscm/Retubing Of Boiler Tubes /2025-26 - Removing old tubes of the following sizes of 30 ton capacity boiler and fabricating new tubes provided by the mill as per drawing and sample as per IBR standards, getting radiograph of welding joints done, fitting tubes in place and giving satisfactory trial after hydraulic testing. Getting the boiler passed from the Boiler Directors office and getting provisional order issued and making it available to the mill. The contractor will have to make samples from his own resources. Which will be sent to the partys workshop by the mill committee. Skin tube of 30 tonne capacity boiler no.3 (size 76.2 mm od x 4.06 mm)Roof tube of 30 tonne capacity boiler no.3 (size 76.2 mm od x 4.06 mm)Main steam line 8 of boiler no.3 which is from header of super heater to main steam distributing header having total length of 60 m (of which 35.3 m is straight part and 24.7 m part has 13 log bends of 1.9 m) should be dismantled and fabricated with steam pipes and bends provided by mill committee (as per design of old pipe) and fitted in place and after doing argon welding as per IBR standard, trial of steam line should be given.
