Erection of Substation electrical structures and installation of equipment and laying of power cables and other related electrical works for augmentation of Bhagwangola Substation capacity from 2 X 6.3 MVA to 3 X 6.3 MVA PTR as per Schedule of Works- 1 Erection of L/L 4-Pole Structure with 8mtr. Long P.C.C. Pole for Isolator support and end bus support (Drawing No. RE/SS/38) including excavation of Earth, fixing of necessary slabs concrete foundation fittings, fixing of necessary steel member after fabrication as per direction of the Site-In-Charge. (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 2 Supply and erection of Galvanized structure for 11KV Cable support structure as per drawing. 3 Supply and fixing of PVC Pipe for cable guard suitable for 300 Sq. mm XLPE cable up to 3mtr. long and as per direction of the Site-In-Charge. 4 Supply and fixing of 40mm dia G.I. Pipe (up to 5ft. long) for maintaining of proper height of Isolator Pipe. 5 Fixing of 42KV Post Insulator (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 6 Erection of neutral earthing support by MS channel i.r.o. 6.3MVA PTR/Station Service Transformer as per direction of the Site-In-Charge. (Materials supplied by the WBSEDCL) 7 Fabrication and fixing of 33KV LA structure, Fuse unit structure & pin support, Cable support structure on existing 4Pole / DP (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 8 Supply & erection of fabricated G.I. 33 KV C.T. P.T. Structure (Drawing No. PLN(D)/SS/57) on existing foundation 9 Supply and fixing of C.T. P.T. Junction Box on existing structure with necessary disconnect link switch, base channel etc. as per direction of Site-In-Charge. 10 Supply & fixing of double compression type gland complete with brass, rubber rings, for dust & moisture proof entry of PVC /A cable for 4 /8/12/16core 2.5 sq. mm PVC /A Cable (Supplied by the contractor) as per direction of Site-In-Charge. 11 Supply and fixing of 2.5Sq. mm. ferule, copper lug, cable tie as required and as per direction of the Site-In-Charge. (Supplied by the contractor) 12 Loading unloading transportation from Store to work site of 33KV VCB, 33KV CR Panel, 11KV VCB 13 Supply and fixing of different type of clamp connector bolted type /compress type as required and suitable for ASCR 200 sq. mm. Panther conductor and as per direction of the Site-In-Charge. (Supplied by the Contractor) 14 Fixing of 33 KV C.R. Type Isolator with proper adjustment (without earth switch) (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 15 Erection of 33KV C.T. as per direction of the site in-charge. (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 16 Installation of 33KV VCB structure and VCB on existing plinth (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 17 Installation of 42 KV L.A. on existing structure. (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 18 Installation of 33 KV Control & Relay Panel (PTR Control 2nos. and Feeder Control 3nos. in the control room floor, including grouting of foundation bolt (Bolt to be supplied by the Contractor) as per direction of Site-In-Charge. (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 19 Installation of 33KV RTCC Panel in the control room floor, including grouting of foundation bolt (Bolt to be supplied by the Contractor) as per direction of the Site-In-Charge. (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 20 Fixing of A.C.S.R. 200 sq. mm. Panther Conductor with Dropper Jumper complete Single Conductor. (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 21 Installation of earth electrode by 40mm. dia. 3mtr. Long perforated G.I. Pipe as a earth electrode including making of borehole and lowering the pipe with filling of borehole by betonite powder and excavated earth with fixing of 150 x 150 x 6mm. Plate on top of the Pipe with electric arc. welding complete and as per direction of the Site-In-Charge. (Requirement of betonite powder per bore hole approx. weight 22Kg) (Materials supplied by the contractor) 22 Construction of earth pit with 600 x 600 x 600mm. wide x 75mm. brick wall & plastered outer & inner side including neat cement complete and providing enclosure on the top of the earth pit by RCC cover slab/ C.I. hinged inspection cover as per direction of Site-In-Charge. (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 23 Providing enclosure on the top of the earth pit by RCC cover slab/ C.I. hinged inspection cover and as per direction of Site-In-Charge. (Materials supplied by the Contractor) 24 Laying of earth mat by 65 x 6mm. / 50 x 6mm. G.I.Flat including match alignment cold bending electric arc. Welding with excavation of earth & refilling the same after laying of earth mat as per direction of Site-In-Charge. (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 25 Fixing of sub-station earthing strips i.e. riser by 65 x 6mm. / 50 x 6mm. G.I. Flat including earthing of newly erected Sub-Stn. Structure & equipment’s including electric arc. welding Lap jointing complete and painting by anti-corrosive black paint as per direction of Site-In-Charge (Materials supplied by WBSEDCL) 26 Painting of all welded joint portion by anti-corrosive black paint as per direction of Site-In-Charge. (Materials supplied by the Contractor) 27 Laying of copper control cable 1.1 KV armoured, 2.5 sq. mm. 4/12 of different length on existing trench, as per direction of Site-In-Charge. 28 Galvanised of M.S. secction 29 Supply and fixing 11 KV XLPE UG CABLE 300 SQ.MM 3 CORE Jointing Kit, Outdoor Type. Make – RAYCHEM/3M/DENSON 30 Supply and fixing 11 KV XLPE UG CABLE 300 SQ.MM 3 CORE, Jointing Kit, Indoor Type. Make – RAYCHEM/3M/DENSON 31 Supply and fixing11 KV XLPE UG CABLE 185 SQ.MM 3 CORE, Jointing Kit, Outdoor Type.
