| 1 | Taking out the 3.3 KV /6.6 KV sq. cage induction Motor from coupling end of 100 /150 cusec vertical axial flow propeller pump after dismantling all connection including earthing etc. The motor is to be kept on wooden sleeper at a suitable distance from the floor without damaging the earthing strips and cables etc. as per direction of E.I.C. |
| 2 | Preliminary checking and testing of IR value, insulation leakage of stator, cracks of porcelin bushings, conn. Terminal leads, frbre glass terminal blocks and rotor end ring joints etc. before to detect the fault for 3.3 KV /6.6 KV sq. cage induction Motor. |
| 3 | Transportation of the motor from pump house to work shop and work shop to pump house including man power for loading unloading of motor as per direction of EIC. |
| 4 | Disassembling the motor end and opening of end shield covers, stator coil guard, taking out the rotor from the stator and placing it on the proper arrangement by hoisting mechanism as per direction of EIC. |
| 5 | Recording of connection diagram, stripping out of old coil, removing of old insulation from stator slots. Filing and cleaning of slots with other allied work as per direction of EIC. |
| 6 | Manufacturing and inserting of new stator coils with new enamel DGC copper conductor as per original dimension and size with applying HT epoxy moulding compound at slot and overhang tapping with PGMP tape, kapton tape, glass fiber tape, incl necessary raw materials and labour etc. connection is to be made as per original. (The rate is appeared afte salvaged value deduction of old copper coil as directed by EIC). |
| 7 | Providing of magnetic wedges for coil locking into the slots as per direction of EIC. |
| 8 | Heat varnishing of the 6 KV rated stator winding with two coats of Dr Beck HTF 50 varnish and subsequent heating at suitable temperature till the IR result obtained at satisfactory level as per direction of EIC. |
| 9 | Repairing of rotor crack part, lacker coating on the surface of rotor stamping and other necessary work as directed by EIC. |
| 10 | Trueness and essentricity checking of the rortor and then dynamic balancing at rated speed as directed by EIC. |
| 11 | Reassembling the 3.3 KV /6.6 KV sq. cage induction Motor including placing the rotor into the stator, refixing the coil guard, prefixing the motor covers, terminal leads, terminal blocks, cable entry box, terminal box after completion of repairing works Upto 475 KW Squrrel cage induction motor of voltage rating 6.6 KV. |
| 12 | Testing of the motor as per IS like IR, PI ,lock rotor, heat run, tan delta, shaft voltage tests etc as per direction of EIC. |
| 13 | Lowering of the motor on motor stool/ base at pumphouse and coupling with pump after blue matching and other physical test using all kind of gauge, tools and tackles complete in all respect as directed by EIC. |
| 14 | Connection of HT cable and final testing and commissioning of the pump motor set as per direction of EIC. |
