| 1 | Taking out the L.T. sq. cage Induction Motor after disconnections of supply terminal connections including earthing terminal connection, from coupling end of 25/50 cusec vertical axial flow propeller pump/ horizontal non clog pump after dismantling the same from the motor stool. The motor is to be kept on wooden sleeper at a suitable distance from the floor without damaging the earthing strips and cables etc. as per direction of E.I.C |
| 2 | Transportation of the motor from pump house to work shop and work shop to pump house including manpower for loading unloading of motor as per the direction of EIC. |
| 3 | Complete repairing and rewinding of jyoti make 260 KW , 415 volt, 355M frame LT motor unit (at bay no-01) comprising of the following items as per direction of EIC. |
| 4 | Complete dismantling of the motor. Rotor to be taken out from stator housing very carefully so that no damage occurred and placing of the rotor on a suitable place as per direction of EIC. |
| 5 | Recording of connection diagram, stripping out of old coil, removing of old insulation from stator slots. Filing and cleaning of slots with other allied work as per direction of EIC. |
| 6 | Manufacturing of new stator coils with new copper conductor as per original dimension including making of terminal lead and joint. New coils to be put in the stator slots after providing proper insulation. New wedges to be provided on the slot.connection is to be made as per original. (The rate is appeared afte salvaged value deduction of old copper coil as directed by EIC). |
| 7 | Winding to be baked in heat chamber periodically and varnished with Dr Beck\"s graded insulating varnish to obtain suitable IR value as directed by EIC. |
| 8 | Repairing of rotor part including replacement of faulty conductor bar, lacker coating on the surface of rotor stamping and other necessary work as directed by EIC. |
| 9 | Dynamic Balancing of Rotor at rated speed. |
| 10 | Supplying and fixing of space heater and 6 nos RTD as per direction of EIC. |
| 11 | Supply and delivery of SKF make bearing no NU322 C3 and 6322 C3 as per direction of EIC. (The rate is appeared after salvaged value deduction of old bearing.) |
| 12 | Driving End and Non Driving End Under cut of damaged DE and N DE side bearing housing portion, metal deposition on die under cut surface, machining, turning & polishing with proper tolerance according to the size of bearing outer. Work should be completed in all respects up to the satisfaction of E.I.C. [@ 18,850.00 X 2] |
| 13 | Reassembling the motor very carefully in all respect as per direction of EIC. |
| 14 | After re assembling necessary tests to be carried out of the motor in all respect as per direction of EIC. |
| 15 | Painting of the whole motor set as directed by EIC. |
| 16 | Refixing of the motor unit with the base frame with proper tightening of nuts and bolts after alignment of the pump shaft with the motor and proper height adjustment by inserting of coupling with rubber bush and pin as per specification. |
