Tender For Interior Furnishing Works Of Arwal Branch Providing and fixing low height Single Window counters / Case Manager’s table with a maximum width of 30 in required shape as per typical design. The main structure of the counter is to be made of 19mm thick BWP Phenol Formaldehyde block board of Green/Century or equivalent make. The width of the counter should have 50 (with disc credenza / cabinet of 14 wide and maximum 36 length / depth (including width of counter). The vertical supporting members of counter are to be made of 19 mm thick BWP Phenol Formaldehyde block board (of approved or equivalent make). D-Tel box shall be fitted properly in right hand side. Plywood Drawer & Cupboard to be provided where D-Tel box is not required. The key board pullout tray to be provided in addition to drawer with lock and key make arrangement of standard make. The left hand side should have cabinet made of 19 mm thick BWP, PF plywood and cavity keeping CPU as per design / drawing. The counter top have a neat hole to be made in the table for connecting the wires which is to be covered with a white colored PVC insert (wire manager) with moveable parts to put the wires and sockets to cover the hole neatly. The exposed block – board/ plywood to be covered with 1 mm thick blue / white high gloss laminate of Greenlam/Marino/Century or equivalent make of approved shade and colour. Exposed portions to be also covered with 1 mm thick blue/white high gloss laminate of approved shade and colour. The internal and non-visible side of all drawers, cabinets and counter table shall be painted with 3 coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer on the internal side. Glass portion made of 12 mm thick toughen glass of approved make as per design and specification securely fixed in toughen section as per design and details and all necessary standard quality of fittings, hard wares, locks (make or equivalent). Door shutter of 19 mm BWP board to be fixed at the rear side of counter with automatic locking system from Godrej or equivalent. All work to be completed as per approved materials Colour & Laminate etc and specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge
