Tender For Tinshed Construction Ggups Sarnu Bhimji - Excavation of soil upto 1.5 m depth in foundation, trench, drain, tamping of bottom, watering, beautifying sides, taking out excavated soil, filling up of empty spaces with soil again after filling of foundation and disposal of remaining soil upto a distance of 50 m 2.1 In ordinary/soft soil2 Cement Concrete 1 cement : 4 gravel and 8 ballast / 1 cement, 3 gravel and 6 gravel stone of 40 mm nominal size including laying of foundation, tamping and tamping etc. 15 b 1:3:6 (i) If hand broken gravel is used in place of 40 mm crusher broken stone aggregate, the same quantity will be payable but there will be a 30% reduction in the rate of aggregate. (ii) If vibratar and mixture is not used, 3% reduction will be made3 Supply and fixing of steel corrugated sheets of 0.80 mm thickness (22 gauge) fitted with steel J or L hooks and 8 mm dia bolts and nuts, bitumen washers (complete work). Cost of scissors and purlin is not included in this. Analysis For shed size 18.3 m x 9.1 m = 184 cm, 54 nos. of sheet size 2.5 X 0.9 m (121.5 cm) and 54 nos. of sheet size 2.8 X 0.9 m Measurement (136.08 sq.m.) = 257.58 sq.m.4 Iron work in grills/gates etc. which includes cutting, mounting and fixing of flat cones, T and corrugated (channel) etc.
