    Competitive E-Bidding For Fabrication Job Work For Bisalpur Kisan Sahkari Chini Mills ., Ltd., Bisalpur ( Pilibhit ) For The Season 2025-26 - Removing the hollow brass / S.S. tube of size 42 x 45 x 4000 mm / 42x45x2000 mm of Quad, Juice Heater, Vapour Line Juice Heater, Vapour Cell and Semiconductor and expanding it by inserting brass or S.S. tube and giving trial after hydraulic testing.3 Making the melted melters of Sulphur Furnace with new plate and giving satisfactory hydraulic trial.4 Removing the melted coil of Door / Graver and making and installing a new coil and giving successful trial.5 Replacing the arm of Door / Graver. 6 Dismantling the old calandria of 950 m² of vapor cell body installed in the mill and fitting a new calandria and conducting water, hydraulic and vacuum trial testing as per standards, removing the old tubes of 950 m² vapor cell calandria and depositing them at the specified place and fitting the new tubes in the calandria and expanding them and conducting hydraulic testing at 60 PSI etc.7 Making the necessary staging, column, platform for the new sugar grader (20 ton per hour capacity) and installing the new sugar grader and giving it a successful trial8 Increasing the height of the old sugar elevator installed in the mill as per requirement for the new grader and making the roof leak proof by increasing the height of scissors/column to a height of 3 to 4 meters.
