Section of spacing 40 x 20 above with 12mm gypboard fixing. Rate is included for cutouts for light fittings, smoke detectors and speakers. The ceiling is putty finished and sanded to form clean and homogeneous surface. Rate is included for two coats of acrylic emulsion painting. Appropriate surface preparation shall be carried out as per the company specification.
