General Notes:1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions at AMD.2.The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and taxes GST, Labour cess, IT, etc., as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI.EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause.

Providing and Fogging with hand operated thermal fogger for controlling mosquito to cover open area of office/ residential complex as directed by officer -in-charge using permitted human safe chemicals like Deltamethrin chemical 1.25% ULVor equivalent at the rate of 50ml mixed in 5 liters of diesel as per instruction and direction of officer -in-charge. The cost includes all materials, tool / equipment for spraying, labour,transport, taxes including GST etc. complete. Note: Frequency of operation: 15 operations per month1. Agency shall possess valid license of Pest Control.2. Mixing of chemicals with dieselwill be done in the presence of representative from the office.3. All materials including chemical diesel and equipment will be stored within the complex and ensuring one month stock in advance.4. Workers must use proper PPE during fogging operation.
