E-Tender For Afloat Repair Of Cl Kasturba At (Nw-1) For The Year 2025-26.; 1 Water tight integrity water tight hatch,manhole, ventilation flap wire mess found defective to be changed/replaced of all watertight & gastight fitting along with hose testing/chalk test as under supervision of irs and as per direction of EIC. 2 LABOUR CHARGES 3 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 4 Gear box (p & s)(type-FD120,Input speed range:750 - 2000) acceleratedsteel wire should be checked and repair/replace.clutch should be replace/serviced to capture/arrest the abnormal noise during its engagement.repairment/replace of oil seal to arrest the oil leakage along with service of entire unit as per direction of irs. 5 LABOUR CHARGES 6 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 7 Piping systems including valve and union joints found to be sub optimal and affected by corrosion. Recommned overhaul/ repairs and replacement of defective valves and piping. Valves and piping system to be pressure tested post overhauling as per recommendation of IRS surveyor. 8 LABOUR CHARGES 9 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 10 Wheel house/crew accommodation, paneling of accommodation door and door lock to berepaired/renew,accommodation window paneling,galley paneling to be repaired as per direction of irs. 11 Labour Charges 12 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 13 Fire pump to be serviced/repair(to capture abnormal noise) as per oem instruction. 14 Labour Charges 15 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 16 Diesel transfer pump and fresh water pump and their respective control panel operating power switch on main deck to be service/repair as per direction of IRS. 17 Labour Charges 18 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 19 Ship side fender(p & s) to be service/repair as per direction of irs 20 Fwd. Ramp winch and manual capstan(p & s) to be service/repair as per direction of irs 21 Labour Charges 22 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 23 fire hose boxto be replaced/renewed as per direction of irs. 24 Labour Charges 25 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 26 Aft main deck platingfound in rusted and corroded condition same as to rectified by cropping and renewal of deck plateas per direction of IRS surveyor 27 To be replace/renewed service tank gauge glass as per direction of irs. 28 Labour Charges 29 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 30 DG exhaust pipe manifold head found damage is to be repair along with arresting of leakage of exhaust. 31 Labour Charges 32 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis
