    Tender For Piping Work Ibr (Cs & Ss) => Limited; 1 Laying of pipe line-CS (IBR Grade) as per the scope of Work.Unit - Inch Mtr. 2 Welding of pipe joints-CS (IBR Grade) as per the scope of Work.Unit - Inch Dia. 3 Flange bolting boxing up as per the scope of Work. (IBR Grade)Unit - Inch Dia. 4 Fabrication mitre bends/tees CS (IBR Grade) as per the scope of Work.Unit - Inch Dia. 5 Carry out the X Ray (Radiography) as per scope of work and instruction of engineer-in-charge.Unit - Inch Dia. 6 Erection of Valves (IBR Grade) -Transportation ofvalves 50mm (2) and above from HOC store to work site and installation of the same as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. Unit - Inch Dia. 7 Dismantling of CS Lines (IBR Grade) - Dismantling of all types of pipe lines from different locations in the plant at different elevation, salvaging the flanges and valves etc. and segregating the balance material to dispose at HOCs scrapyard as per scope of work and instruction from Engineer-in-Charge.Unit - Inch Meter 8 Pipe Supports/Saddles - Fabrication and erection of pipe support, full welded with pad plate, shoes, clamps, saddles etc. of all types and supply of all neceessary equipments, consumabless and completing work as per standard specification as per scope of work and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.
