Tender For Insulation Work With Puf Panels In Existing Mt Shed At Umlingzing Bop Of 21St Bn, Itbp, Srinagar (J&K).; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.: All kinds of soil. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm no 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 4 Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters : 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover 5 Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters. 6 Extra for providing mechanical device chain and crank operation for operating rolling shutters: Exceeding 16.80 sqm in area 7 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. : Hot finished welded type tubes 8 Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete. 9 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture 10 Providing and fixing 60 mm wall panelling .The wall panels shall be made up of 0.50 mm thick PPGI with micro ribbed sheeton both sides with a layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foam of density 40 kg +/- 2 kg/cum as insulation in between. The thickness of PU foam layer shall be 50 mm.. The colour of PPGI sheet may be off white, white, grey (depending on availability) any other shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The panels will be provided with tongue and groove joint and will be interlocked using cam lock systems. The PUF insulation material used in the panels should conform to IS 12436-1988. All material required for manufacture of shelter will be new and shall comply with relevant Bureau of Indian Standard specification. The wall panels at the corner will be joined by PPGI corner angle. The wall panels will also have PPGI top track. Since all the flashings shall be of PPGI, no welding will be allowed. The PPGI angle and flashings shall be bent or/and riveted to form the desired shapes and sizes. 11 Providing and fixing 30 mm false ceiling .The false ceiling shall be made of panels with 0.50 mm thick PPGI steel ribbed cladding on both side rigid CFC free polyurethane foam of density 40 kg+/-2kg/ cum as insulation. The thickness of PU foam shall be 50 mm. The false ceiling panels will have tongue and groove arrangement and shall be interlocked using cam lock systems. MS angle of size 40x40x5mm shall be used to fix all around the wall and the false ceiling panel for support and joining by means of rivets at minimum distance of 200mm on both the faces. All the false ceiling joints shall be sealed with transparent/white colour silicon sealant.
