REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF JOYRAMPUR MEDIUM DUTY TUBE WELL [MDTW] (WBP/BK/RD/MD-60) including repairing of Pump House, Water Distribution System and Procurement of Materials at MOUZA:- JOYRAMPUR JL NO-42 PLOT NO-3698 GP: LAYEKBUNDH, BLOCK: BISHNUPUR , DISTRICT: BANKURA under Bishnupur (Agri-Irrigation) Sub-Division, Bishnupur, Bankura- 1 REPAIRING OF PUMP HOUSE 2 Earthwork in excavation of foundationtrenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, as directed and including trimming the sides of trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottoms, bailing or pumping out of water etc. as required complete.Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5 metre (not required shoring). 3 Sand filling in foundation or plinth in layers not exceeding 15 cm as directed and consolidatingthe same by thorough saturation with water and ramming complete includinghe cost of supply of sand. (b) With local Sand 4 Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand. 5 Ordinery cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips(20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any in ground floor as per relevent I.S. code. 6 (d) With local hard black stone variety chips(crusher broken) 7 Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (b) In super structure ground floor 8 12.5 cm. thick 1st class brickwork in cement mortar (1 : 4) in ground floor including, scaffolding, racking out joints etc. complete. 9 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating, nosing and drip course as necessary at ground floor. 10 i) with (1:6) cement morter ii) 15 mm thick plaster 11 iii) with (1:6) cement morter ii) 20 mm thick plaster 12 Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado,floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete. 13 M.S. gate of jail type as per approved design made of strong MS frame work intermediate stiffiners and round/ square bars or angles. MS sheet (not less than 14 gauge) gussets, cleats etc. including necessary riveting, bolting, welding, locking and hanging arrangements, fitting and fixing complete as per direction of EIC.(a) In ground floor 14 M.S or W.I. ornamental grill of approved design joints continuouslywelded with M.S./ W.I. Flat s and bars of windows and railing etc.fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. (ii) Grill weighing above 16 kg / sq.m. and above 15 Supplying 1.5 mm thick MS sheetfitted and fixed on oneor both sides of MS / WI gate with point welding at not more than 150 mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labours and materials. 16 Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. (b)On steel or other metal surface: With other than hi-gloss two coats ii) Two coats (With any shade except white ). 17 Priming one coaton steel or other metal surface with synthetic enamel / oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. 18 Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same throughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufactures specification in G.Floor (b) Two Coats. 19 Painting block letters of digits in black japan or any approved paint as per direction 20 Supplying, fitting and fixing asbestos cement / polythene make rain water down pipe (75 mm dia) in position with jointing materials including cutting holes in masonary / concrete structure and mending good damages. 21 REPAIRING OF WTA 22 Earthwork in excavation of foundationtrenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, as directed and including trimming the sides of trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottoms, bailing or pumping out of water etc. as required complete.Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5 metre (not required shoring). 23 Earthwork in excavation of field trenches as per design section and alignment for laying of pipe lines (PVC , RCC, ACP etc.) upto a depth of 1500 mm all sorts of soil including removing spreading or stacking extra earth as directed . The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches levelling dressing and ramming the bottom as required complete. 24 Sand filling in foundation or plinth in layers not exceeding 15 cm as directed and consolidatingthe same by thorough saturation with water and ramming complete includinghe cost of supply of sand. (b) With local Sand 25 Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand. 26 Ordinery cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips(20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any in ground floor as per relevent I.S. code. 27 (d) With local hard black stone variety chips(crusher broken) 28 Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) with first class kiln burnt bricks including racking out joints, scaffolding and other incidental works etc. complete. (a) In foundation and plinth 29 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams,columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). 25 mm. to 37.5 mm. thick wooden shuttering. 30 12.5 cm. thick 1st class brickwork in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor including, scaffolding, racking out joints etc. complete. 31 Earth work in filling in trenches after laying pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) with good earth obtained from excavation of field trenches in layers not exceeding 225 mm including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete 32 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating, nosing and drip course as necessary at ground floor. b) with (1:4) cement morter 15 mm thick 33 Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado,floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete. 34 Labour Charges forfitting, fixing of following M.S.pipes and accessories (to be supplied departmentally) including transportation of the same cutting, threading, jointing and making leak-proof threaded / flanged joint at site, by using socket / rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. maintaining proper alignment and level - all complete - as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 35 xxvii) 150mm. dia. C.I. sluice valve. 36 (iii) 150 mm. dia. M.S. screwed boss flange 37 Laying of P.V.C. pipes of different diameters within field trenches in curve / straight line using P.V.C. fittings, viz.
