Restoration Of Flood Hit Pumping Machinery By Repair/Servicing Of H.C Pumps 2No. (5Cusec X 10M Head ) And 1 No. (3Cusec X 10M Head) Along With Allied Works At Lis Rattanpur Paras- 1 Restoration of flood hit pumping machinery by Repair/servicing of H.C pumps 2no. (5cusec x 10m head ) and 1 no. (3cusec x 10m head) along with allied works at LIS Rattanpur paras 2 Restoration of flood hit pumping station L.I.S Rattanpur paras by way of cleaning of mud/silt from the pump room by engaging manual labour.Cleaning of all the electro-mechanical equipment’s i.e. pumps, motors, and pump room from mud and silt. Disposing off all the silt/mud/debris away from LIS at an appropriate nearby place with head load.Reconditioning of 3no. horizontal casing pump sets by way of dismantling of the pumps from the base frame and suction delivery lines. Shifting of the pump to the workshop by mechanical transport. Dismantling of the pump at workshop and extraction of damaged internal parts. Complete cleaning of pump assembly and providing and fitting of bearings wherever required as per sample, new studs/bolts on it, applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear, gland packing as per requirement. Re-assembling after carrying out necessary servicing/repairs. Shifting of the pump back to site and fitting/reinstallation at the base frame by making proper alignment with motor. Testing of all the pumpsets one by one on no load for stipulated period and then on full load conditions.Servicing/repairs to 3no.s choked foot valves of pumpset no.1,2 and 3 of L.I.S by way of dismantling of foot valves along with choked suction pipes and cleaning of mud/silt from pipes and foot valves using special tools and tackles. Complete dismantling of foot valves and then providing/fitting of new leather washers cut to size, adjustment of flaps with repairs to hinges if required. Reassembling the foot valves along with suction pipes by providing/fitting of new RI sheets and nuts, bolts etc. Repair to damaged floor of area 180sqft (approximately) of LIS Rattanpur parasby first cleaning the surface then leveling the surface with sand, cement and water in cement(1):sand(4) which involves surface preparation, material cost and labour. Painting of LIS Rattanpur Parasspecifically where pumpset no.1 and 2 are located byfirst cleaning all the area of station for preparing surface to remove dust and siltwith the help of abrasive sand paper. Red oxide Primer is to be applied on the areaand then 2 two coats of high quality white colour enamel. Suction and delivery pipes of pumpset no. 1 and 2is to be painted with good quality black colour enamel. Before painting the pipes red oxide primer is to be applied. Complete job includes cost of material used, transportation charges and labour charges for skilled /semiskilled labour to be employed at site for execution of job including the out station charges etc. 3 Rebate on Old Parts
