    Tender For Rate Contract Of Sugar Handling Season 202526; 1 (a)Removal of empty gunny bags from storeto Drier House, marking on the bags and marking of grade, filling, weighing , stitching , numbering 2 (b) On-line /off-line marking of batch number, Sr. No. , Sugar Production and Sugar packaging date etc. on sugar bags. 3 Cartage of sugar bags from Drier House to all Godowns & stacking in the all godowns in the Mills premises upto optimum required height to be decided by the Management a) With conveyer chain with stacker 4 b)Without conveyor chain, with tractor trolley 5 c) Sugar stacking in the godown/temporary godown/outside godown except godown No.1, 2 & 3 6 Loading of sugar bags into trucks and carts etc. during the season (a)With dala. 7 Loading of sugar bags into trucks and carts etc. during the season (b)Without dala. 8 Loading of sugar bags into trucks and carts etc. duringthe off-season. (a) With dala 9 Loading of sugar bags into trucks and carts etc. duringthe off-season. (b) Without dala 10 Loading of Brown Sugar bags into trucks and carts etc. during the off-season. 11 Shifting of sugar bags one godown to other godownand stacking in the godown 12 Stitching of torn-out sugar bags and weighing andsewing. 13 Unloading of sugar bags in mills sale depot 14 Shifting of rori sugar bags from sugar graderand hopper toSugar melter @ 5% of sugar production 15 (a) Filling, stitching, weighing transportation and stacking of brown Sugar bags in godowns at the end of the season uptothe height of 15 bags 16 (b ) Filling, weighing and stitching of 5 kgs or 10 kgs , sugar bags 17 Shifting of sugar bags within the godowns. 18 Insertion of P.P.bags into jute bags. 19 Shifting of sugar bags from all godowns for reprocessing of all related work 20 Sweeping of sugar (Rates per bag 50 kgs) 21 Monthly rate for sweeping the godown and filling bags, spraying the lime and fully responsibility to keep neat and clean the godown for whole the year.
