Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Job Work For Preparation Of Samples, Compounding, Testing And Operation Of Equipments (As Per Scope Of Work Attached) Empanelment of Consultants/Service Providers preparation of Samples, Compounding, Testing & Operation of Equipment 1 Operation of Compression Moulding Machine and Two Roll Rubber Mixing Mill 10-15 days/ month 2 Operation of TGA, DSC instrument 10-15 days/ month 3 Design of the prototypes using AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS, AUTODESK and operation of 3D Printer & prototyping 10-15 days/ month 4 Preparation of testing samples for Rubber (Tensile/ abrasion resistance/ flex resistance etc.) including weighing of ingredients, fabric and allied materials, mixing and vulcanization 10-15 days/ month 5 Operation of Four probe instrument, Densimeter 10-15 days/ month 6 Operation of UTM, Steam Generator, Muffle Furnace 10-15 days/ month 7 Operation of CHNS & O Analyzer, Raman Spectrometer 10-15 days/ month 8 Operation of Electrochemical Workstation 10-15 days/ month 9 Operation of Liquid Nitrogen Generator and BET Surface Area Analyzer 8-10 days/ month for three shifts 1 0 Operation of Horizontal and Vertical furnace for carbonization and activation 10-15 days/ month 1 1 Assistance in the sample preparation and operation of other equipment as directed by the concerned officer All working Day of the month 1 2 If any of the listed instrument/ machine is not in working condition, the individuals have to operate/ work on other instruments in the division as directed by the divisional officer as per the project requirement. 1 3 The respective instruments/ machines, its accessories, cleanliness have to be maintained by the personnel who will operate. Any damage to the instrument/ accessories emerged due to mishandling by the personnel have to be borne by the service provider. The operation and maintenance can be done every day or either day or as per requirement. 1 4 The log book of the instrument / machines, results, requisition slips etc have to be maintained by the operator.
