Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, roff slab, Rectangular / Square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, StairCase Waist Slablanding slab landing beam Canopy etc in all floors with all cross Bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10BG stiffened withmild steel angles of size 25mmx3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cmx6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre etc, complete and as directed. 7 Cement Concrete 1 : 3 : 6 ,mix using 40mm ISSHBG stone jelly for Wallsincluding cost,conveveyance of all materials and labour chargesto laid in layers not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc, complete with standard specification 8 Cement Concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ,mix using 20mm ISSHBG stone jelly for Wallsincluding cost,conveveyance of all materials and labour chargesto laid in layers not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc, complete with standard specification 9 Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1 : 5 mix using Country Bricks of size 22 x 11 x 7 cm including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete . 10 Plastering with Cement Mortor 1:5,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges including curing etc., complete complying with standard specificationas directed by the departmental officers 11 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column BB for all works in this package}(Refer Clause 13.2 & 13.3 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
