Tender For Repair Of E/M Installations At Af Stn Bihta; 1 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified. 2 PCC type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified. 3 Framed mild steel work such as doors or gates, sign board of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering) running rails and guides and hanining also fasteningand similar work confirming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250, Quality A complete all as specified. 4 25 mm thick, cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & fair, as in sub floors, complete all as specified. 5 40 mm thick, cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, even and spike rolling to surfaces of expanded metal while the concrete is green complete all as specified. 6 Endura vitrified paving/ parking coloured tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sq.m but not exc. 0.11 Sq.m, laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grout of matching shade, laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified. 7 Rendering 5 mm thickon fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth on ceiling in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified. 8 Rendering 15 mm thickon fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fairon walls in cement mortar (1:6)complete all as specified. 9 Rendering 15 mm thickon fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified.NOTE: WPC will be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BoQ 10 Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified. 11 Three coats of white washing on new plastered ceiling surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified. 12 Two coats of white washing on old decorated ceiling surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified. 13 Prepration of new plasterd wall surfaces of any description complete all as specified and applying the following: -(a) Applying wall care putty, in two coats& smoothening the surfaces as specified. (preparatory to paint as directed).(b) Two coats of interior acrylic distemper/oil bound distemper over and including a coat of interior primer. 14 Prepration of new plasterd wall surfaces of any description &applying Two coats of exterior acrylic emulson over and including a coat of water based exterior primer complete all as specified. 15 Complete removal of existing treatment of any description, and applying the Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over and including a coat ofwater based exterior primerincluding prepration of wall surfaces of any description complete all as specified 16 Complete removal of existing treatment of any description, including prepration of wall surfaces of any description complete all as specified and applying the following: -(a) Applying wall care putty, in two coats& smoothening the surfaces as specified.
