Tender For Provision Of Certain Revenue And Minor Works At Lgj Mil Station.; 1 S&F for powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators and aluminium partition with one or more rebates including jointing cleats glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete with locking arrangements for fixing with powder coating on aluminium sections, minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron as per the specification. The top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent to wall shall be fixed with floor, ceiling, walls and cills where required and fixed with the help of rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold plate fastners. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required complete in all respect all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2 S&F for powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash, aluminium sections weighing exc 0.55 Kg/m (1.50 to1.80mm th) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150 mm long (01 No) hinges type B-21 100 mm long (2 Nos) suitalbe handle (01 No) in each window shutter and necessay accessary as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-chargeNote: Glass will measured and paid separately. 3 S & F 4.00 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/beading in squares n.exc 1.5 Sqmin each pane allas specified and directed. 4 Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainlesssteel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes,channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where everrequired) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, includingfixing the railing with necessary accessories &stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor orthe side of waist slab with suitable arrangement. 5 S& F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 nominal dia of wire and average width of aparture 1.40mm and fixed with tinted tacks or stainless steel wire staples fixed to wooden/steel shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 6 S & F for Aluminium anodised grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grae AC 15) of approved design/ pattern,with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with CP brass/stain less steel screw @ 200 mm centre to centre including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing aprroved anodised aluminium standard section around the openingcomplete all as specified and directed. 7 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including removing rubbish from the site to outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Demolitionof brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 9 M&L for old size brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on lan exc 6 meteer mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified & directed. 10 Material and labour for brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 11 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on wall, finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar1:6 on other than fare face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 M&L for preparation ofnew plasteredsurface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paintcomplete all as specified & directed 14 M&L for two coats ofacrylic distemper on newly plastered surfaces of walls paint over 1 mm thick wall care putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engneer -in-Charge . 15 M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coat of 100% Premium weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. 16 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and two coats of acrylic distemper over and including one coat of primer and 1 mm thick wall care puttyonplastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 M&L for preparation and applying twocoat of white wash on old plastered surface of ceiling etc with one kg of unslaked lime mixed with 4.00 ltr of water to make thin cream, screened after 24 hrs and mixing on kg of gum desolved in hot water per one cum of cream, 1.30 Kg of sodium cloride/10 Kg of lime and untramine @ 3.0 grms/Kg of limecomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of painted wall/ceilling incl pillar etc any description by mechanically means such as electrical grinder and applying two coat of 100% Premium weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. 19 Surface excavation N.exc. (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.. 20 M&L for broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15cm thick,watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 21 M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base below floors all specified and directed. 22 Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into and including 25 mm thick sand bedding layer (Fazilka sand) through vibratory compa ction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 23 M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stones of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 in window or doorcils, lintel, bressumers, steps, quion block (for use with masonry) strings courses coping, kneelers apex stones, pipe caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars,bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho rageblocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brakets etc (of any setion indicated) with plain fair faces, including chamfers weathering, thorating etc and settingin CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 25 M & L reinforced concrete pipes 100 mm dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 26 M & L for surface plain or moulded, n. exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintcomplete all as specified and directed. 27 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning soft soil, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. 28 Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 29 M&L for 40mm thick damp proof course in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregateto horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 30 S & F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 31 S&F for structural steel work for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc similar work conforming to Fe 290 (E-165) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 32 Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long with diametre of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. 33 Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, laying pipe line, laying of cables or fixing poles and stays and struts etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 34 Material and labour for 40 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in alternative panel and filling joints with approved bitumen sealent/glass strip finished even and smooth withoutusing extra cementcomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 35 M & L for painting steel and iron surfaces of any discription,over 10 cm width or girth, with preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces priming with one coat of red oxide & finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint ordinary tint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 36 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces andapplying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) on steel surfaces over 10cm width or girthcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. 37 M&L for sand filling in floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all specified and directed 38 M&L for precast cement concrete of type C-0 1:3:6 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvers and RCC jallies, 40 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings & frame set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 39 Formwork to chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges , for rough surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge 40 M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates for coping and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed. 41 Material and labour for concealed Point wiring for one light point controlled by two Nos- two way switch (using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding) complete with 1.5 Sqmm(nominal cross section area) single core FRLSH PVC insulatedunsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked)drawn through andincludingPVC conduit 20mm dia (medium duty, ISI marked) with all fittings and all accessories i.e. pipe bend, pipe hook, elbow, junction boxes etc., including Pressed steel powder coated sunken terminal box suitable for modular switch socket (Min 50mm deep and 1.6mm thick sheet, suitable size ) concealed in wall, including inner and outer plates (cover plate) suitable for fixing the modular switch, including cutting chases in wall and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floors etc. by using CM (1:3), including fixing ofswitches complete all as specified and as directed. (switches shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ ). 42 Supply and fixing LED tube light fitting polycarbonate housing 1 x 20Watt, appx 4 feet long, with decorative box linear, housing environment friendly, including electric connection with using 2 core flexible copper conductor cable 23/0.00076 from ceiling rose to tube fitting, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 110 Lumen per watt.(b) Input Voltage range : 140 to 270 volts.(c) Temp operating range : Minus 5°C to Plus 45°C(d) Power factor : Minimum 0.95 (e) THD : Current THD Max10% and voltage THD max 5%(f) IP rating : IP-20.(g)LED Driver of the same make as of the luminaire.(h) LED driver should be complete with all protections vizopen/short circuit protection, over voltage protection, all as per standard design of manufacturer.(j) Surge protection minimum 2.5 kV. (k) CCT : Minimum 6000K(l) CRI : Minimum 80 (m) Rated life time : 50000 burning hrs @L70 (Average 10 to 12 hrs daily) 43 Supply and fix piano type, 230/250 Volts grade on top covers, Modular switch 1 way 6 A, 1 module complete all as specified and as directed. 44 M & L for alluminum service wire of 4 Sqmm 2 corecomplete all as specified and as directed. 45 Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule A/BOQ
