Tender For Repair Of Map Furniture And Connected Items Under Ge (West) Jabalpur.; 1 Bed Hard MAP Drg No: FD/E6/MAP/08 (R) 2 (a) Taking out old unserviceable plywood top 12mm from Bed Hard andS & F of new plywood commercial 12mm BWP Grade of size 6.5x3 including required nuts, bolts, washer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 3 (b) Removing of unserviceable stiffener and S&F new MS square tubing stiffener supportto plywood, size 18mm x 1.6mm thick withapplied synthetic enamel spray paint black complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 4 (c) Taking out unserviceable MDF board from head rest and replace with 18mm MDF board with PVC edging screwd to MS strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 5 (d )Taking out unserviceable MDF board from foot rest and replace with 18mm MDF board with PVC edging screwd to MS stripcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 6 (e) Removing of unserviceable shoe and S & F new hard rubber shoes as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 7 Charpoy IP with hard top Drg No : FD/MAP-II/01 8 (a) Removing the existing unserviceable plywood top the charpoy hard top and replacing the new Plywood top 12mm thick 900mm x 1980mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 9 (b) Taking out old unserviceable nut and bolts supply & fixing new GI nut & bolts includingwashers of appropriate size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 10 (c) Removing of unserviceable shoe and supply & fixing new PVC/hard rubber shoes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 11 Locker Bed Side Drg No : SKD-562 12 (a) Removing unserviceable handleand S & F CP handle 125 mm withnut and bolts as per drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 13 (b)Removing unserviceable locks and S&F locks6 lever as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 14 (c )Removing unserviceable locking device and S&F new device including MS Rod rest all as per drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 15 (d) Taking outunserviceable hinges S&F new hinges of reqd size as per drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 16 (e) Taking outunserviceable legs S&F new legs made out of 1 mm MS sheet as per drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 17 (f) Taking outunserviceable shelves and S&F new shelve made out of 1mm MS sheet as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 18 (g)Taking outunserviceable shutters and S&F new shutters made out of 1mm MS sheet as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 19 (h) Taking outunserviceabled drawers and S&F new drawers made out of 1 mm MS sheet as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 20 (j) Taking outunserviceable conduit pipeand S&F new conduit pipe 20 mm dia of 1.6 mm thick MS CP as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 21 (k)Taking outunserviceabled pegs and S&F new cp pegs with three hooks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 22 Table Centre Drg No : FD-274, FD-235 23 (a)Dismantling of unserviceable top and providing new top made of prelaminated MDF board exterior grade 18/19 mm thick BWR including 6mm thick teak wood beading all round all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 24 (b) Replacement of unserviceable legs with new legs made of 1st Class seasoned teak wood as per drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 25 (c) Replacement of unserviceable short rail with new short rail made of 1st Class seasoned teak wood as per drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 26 (d) Replacement of unserviceable long rail with new long rail made of 1st Class seasoned teak wood as per drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 27 ( e ) supply & fixing wooden corner cleat made of 1st class seasoned teakwood to strengthen long rails and legs. 28 Teapoy Wooden Drg No : FD-278 29 (a) Dismantling of unserviceable top and providing new top made of pre laminated MDF board exterior grade 18/19 mm thick BWR including 6 mm thick teak wood beading all round all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 30 (b) Replacement of unserviceable legs with new legs made of 1st Class seasoned teak wood as per drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 31 (c) Replacement of unserviceable short rail with new short rail made of 1st Class seasoned teak wood as per drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 32 (d) Replacement of unserviceable long rail with new long rail made of 1st Class seasoned teak wood as per drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 33 (e)supply & fixing wooden corner cleat made of 1st class seasoned teakwood to strengthen long rails and legs. 34 Peg Table
