Tender For 12.50 Hp Submersible Pump Boring Work At Sirsa Farm Ganna Shodh Center - Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level. 350 mm dia 2 Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, beyond 90 metre & upto 150 metre depth below ground level. 350 mm dia 3 Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 mild steel screwed and socketed/plain ended casing pipes of required dia, conforming to IS: 4270, of reputed & approved make, including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture, including required hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 150 mm nominal size dia having minimum wall thickness 5.00 mm 4 Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 plain slotted (having slot of size 1.6/3.2 mm) mild steel threaded and socketed/ plain bevel ended pipe (type A) of required dia, conforming to IS: 8110, of reputed and approved make, having wall thickness not less than 5.40 mm, including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive bitumestic paint of approved brand and manufacture, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. 200 mm nominal size dia 5 Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling gravels of size range 1.5 mm to 2 mm, in the recharge pit, over the existing layer of boulders, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Around Pipe (3.14*0.15*0.15*230.00) 6 Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(3.14*3.50*3.50*0.90) 7 Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by V notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tube well, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 8 Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for bore well of: 150 mm dia 9 Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tube well as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete. 150 mm dia 10 Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tube well as per IS:2800 (part I). 150 mm dia 11 Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc.80 mm dia nominal bore 12 Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulatedcopper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 10 x 4 sq. mm 13 Supplying & Installation of suitable Hp submersible pump B.S or K.S.Bor equivalent make with finolex cable 1x3x2.5 squmm(upto 75mtr) withflexible conduit 25mm dia, electrical out door pannel with required electrical fitting such as MCB of 0-25Amp (Havell or Indocopp or MDS make), Volt & Ampere meter (AE make), single phase preventer (Minilac or VSP -1 make) starter (L&T or BCH make) etc of approved make, 40mm HDPE Pipe (25 mtr) and all accessories complete as per requirement of site. In all kind of soil upto 1.5m depth 22 Earth work in exacavation in trenches for foundations and for pipes cables etc. in ordinary soil(loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom sand disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer i/c with in a lead of 50m. In all kind of soil upto 1.5m to 3.0m. depth 23 Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work,in foundation and floors. 24 Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand mortar infoundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 25 Reinforcement cement concrete work in RCCslab with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand and 3 gradded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) excluding centering and shuttering and reinforcement. 26 Providing & Fixing Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. 27 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 4 part of approved coarse and sand. Minimum thickness not to be less then 10mm. Including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand)
