Tender For Restoration To Jagannathpur Sub-Minor-= 1 Clearing and grubing shrub jungles, uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1.0m. girth on premeasurement including disposing the debris away from the work site with supply of equipment, tools and plants with all leads, lifts, delifts, including labour, T & P, hire and running charges of all machineries, taxes, cess, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Earthwork in excavation of foundation in all kinds of ordinary soil with all leads, lifts & delifts including rough dressingand leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials clear away from work site and dewatering including removing bushes, stumps and any other foreign materials from the working area as well as from the foundation trenches with cost of all labour, T&P, taxes,hire and running charges of all machineries, labour, welfare, cessetc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost of sand with all cost, carriage, royalty, taxes, cess of all materials, labour and T& P etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Providing and layingcement concrete M-10 grade with 40 mm size and down graded crusher broken hard granite aggregates free from weathered skin and other deleterious materials of approved quality and uniform colour and texture and sharp sand of approved grading and quality conforming to the specifications with all leads, lifts, delifts and transportation by mechanical / manual means including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes,cess of all materials,labour including dewatering by suitable means, mixing concrete by concrete mixer and placingby manual / Mechanical means supplying T & P, curing for specified days by suitable means including compacting by vibrator etc. completeas per approved drawing and specifications etc. complete with all costs incidental to the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Providing and layingcement concrete M-15 grade with 20 mm size and down graded crusher broken hard granite aggregates free from weathered skin and other deleterious materials of approved quality and uniform colour and texture and sharp sand of approved grading and quality conforming to the specifications with all leads, lifts, delifts and transportation by mechanical / manual means including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes,cess of all materials,labour including dewatering by suitable means, mixing concrete by concrete mixer and placingby manual / Mechanical means supplying T & P, curing for specified days by suitable means including compacting by vibrator etc. completeas per approved drawing and specifications etc. complete with all costs incidental to the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Rigid & smooth centering, shuttering for cement concrete works including false work & dismantling them after specified days of castingincluding the cost, carriage, royalty, curing, labour, T&P, taxes, cess, etc. complete in all respectas perdirection of the Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Earth work in suitable type of soil in borrow areaand loading in to transport vehicle manually or mechanically and transportation of earth bymechanical means and unloadingthe earth over the approved surface of the embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts,delifts includingrough dressing and breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign materials, debrises, grass, bushes, vegetations, shrubs, roots from transport earth including laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in depth with hire & running charges of all machineries, T & P, cost of labour,carriage, royalty, cess , taxes etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken in level section only) 8 Fine dressing of earth work in slopes including filling of rain cuts and slips with selected earth duly compacted to required profile and turfing the surface with dub grass sods of 8Cm to 10Cm thick with all leads, lifts & delifts, T&P including laying and trimming to from a level and compact surface in the line with the slopes and grade of embankment sectionand watering till survival of turf up to green growth including all taxes, cess etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer–in–Charge. (Dub grass should be arranged by the bidder at his own cost & measurement to be taken after survival of turf up to green growth.) 9 Filling in foundation & Plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming with all cost, carriage,labour, T & P, cess and all taxes etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
