Tender For Remaining Part Of Maintenance Work Of Village Gadoura To Dulara Connecting Road - Clearing & Grubbing Road Land Including Uprooting Wild Vegetation,Grass, Bushes,Shrubs , and Trees of Girth upto 300 MM Removal of Stumps of Such Trees cut Earlier and disposal of Unserviceable Materials and Stacking of Serviceable Material to be used or Auctioned upto a Lead of 1000 M Including Removal and Disposal of Top Organic Soil not Exceeding 150 MM in thickness as Per Technical Specification Clause 201. 2 Construction of granularsub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor graded on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method and hand compacted by laboursas per techical specification clause 401. Excluding cost of machinery rate. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggegates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggegates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 5 Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 i/c setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to a lead of 50m dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material. 6 Laying Brick Soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines, grade and cross- section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25mm thick lay of earth over brick soling, watering and rolling the samewith three wheeled road roller 80-100 KN per Technical Specification Clause 412. 7 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepaired surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. 8 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10at the rate of 0.35 kg/sqm on the prepaired surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 9 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 10 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall usingType A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 11 Construction of shoulder with approved materials excavated from roadway sides in cutting or filling lift upto 1.50m with normal lead upto 50m. spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.20 as per technical specification clause 301.5. 12 Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35 the finised surface to the level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
