Tender For Construction Of Culvert Across Gurdayali Nala In Tola Sayal Of Village P Saraidih - Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches. DSR 2.8.1 2 Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form- work in foundation and floors. DSR4.1.8 3 Coursed rubble massonary (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with : cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement:6 course sand) DSR 7.7.1 4 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone grit im the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-20 in SLAB as per DSR5.3 5 P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. DSR 5.22.6 6 Raised and cut pointing on stone work with cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): DSR 13.33.2 7 12 mm cement plaster in single coat on inner side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 6 course sand of 2.25 F.M. DSR 13.4.2 8 Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) complete.20 mm nominal size stone aggregate in floor and bearing coat, top of wing wallas per DSR 4.1.3 9 Filling available executed earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exeeding 20cm in depth, consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.50m. DSR 2.25+2.26.1 10 Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 11 Providing weepholes in stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, ret.wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technicalspecification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 12 Dewatering by deisel pump of 8/5 HP in/g all 13 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Column, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Post and Struts. DSR 5.9.6 14 S/f of sign board i.e all complete 15 ( Rates in BOQ are exclusive of G.S.T. Amount )
