Bids Are invited for 1 LSCN/BW2-5-4-002, ALT-d. MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY OF ALUMINIUM INNER FRAME FOR WIDER WINDOW FOR LHB COACHES TO DRG. NO. LSCN/BW2-5-4-002, ALT-d. 2 LWS/BW2-5-4-002, ALT-b. MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY OF ALUMINIUM INNER FRAME FOR WIDER WINDOW FOR LHB COACHES TO DRG. NO. LWS/BW2-5-4-002, ALT-b. 1 Supply shall conform to all the relevant drawings & specifications mentioned in specification to ICF/MD/SPEC-453, issue status. 01, rev.0, AMD. 01 Dt. 05-06.2025 2 Supplier shall ask all the technical specifications/documents/drawings from BEML & not from end customer. 3 Supplier shall always ensure that all the latest drawings and specifications are followed during the manufacture, supply & testing of scope of supply and the same shall be confirmed with BEML. 4 Supplier shall Obtain approval for drawings and specifications from BEML before start of manufacturing. BEML Shall further discuss with ICF before approving the drawings and specifications. 5 The firm should be RDSO/ICF/RCF/MCF approved sources & provide supporting documents /certificate of approval for the supplies of item. 6 Supplier should have manufactured and supplied similar type of items to Indian Railways rolling stock. Supporting document for having supplied in any month during last 3 years should include invoice along with PO details. 7 The Suppliers shall be entirely responsible for the execution of the contract in accordance with the conditions of contract, and for the satisfactory performance as per this specification within the warranty period as per contract. 8 The supplier shall be responsible for providing all design documents, type test & routine test, technical documentation, training and warranty against defects. 9 The supplier shall submit the documents conforming to the applicable Drawing/standards/ specifications along with every batch of supplies. 10 The supplier shall submit the material test certificate, welder certificate, WPS for every batch of supplies. 11 FAI will be done by ICF/BEML or its authorized agency for major assemblies. The firm shall submit approved Quality Assurance Total Quantity : 26400
