The contractor will be alloted complaint on daily basis and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day comaplaint within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit suitable penalties as mentioned in relavant clause of Contract.(b)A detailed log of complaints with completion/ non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with Engr-in-Charge or JE detailed by him.(c)The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergent complaints and will notify auth rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond state time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard.(d)The quoted rated deems to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Naval Depo.(e) The contractor will maintain suitable inventories and range of spares required to meet the complaints as same will be reviewed peridically by Engr-in-charge to streamline complaints disposal system. (f) Requisite skilled manpower more than two will be provided by the contractor based on site requirements in one day. No extra payment will be provided on this account. |
