Ft (Annexure-D) 5) Ddis (3 Screen) 32 Inch Per Screen = 03 Units & 9 Sq. Ft (Area) (Annexure-E) 6) Waiting Room = 167.69 Sqm (Annexure-F) 7) Atm = 01 Unit (Annexure-G) 8) Advertisement Through Non-Digital Board (Rdn-Nd) = 444 Sq.Ft (Annexure - H). The Nature Of The Contract Is Integrated. There Will Be A Single Bidding Process For All The Services Covered Under This Contract. All These Service Areas Will Be Managed By A Single Firm/Bidder. All The Services Included In This Contract Will Have Different Special Conditions According To Which The Work Will Be Done. Operation Of All Individual Assets As Mentioned Above Will Be Governed By Their Special Conditions As Mentioned Above. Rest Of The General Conditions Viz. Exit Clause, License Fee Deposition, Dues, Late Fees, Etc. Will Be Governed By Policy And Standard Conditions For E-Auction Of Earning Contracts (Fm Circular No. 11 Of 2022) And The Addendum/ Corrigendum Circulated Time To Time.
