    Tender For Following Services - National Diagnostics Catapult-InDx 2.0 Marketplace (website) Specifications 1. Deliverables from C-CAMP InDx Team (Design) Layout of the login and home page Forms for Organization and Products registration, and other miscellaneous pages Populate data for Organization and Product in the forms (Excel to backend data) Query and analytics layout in the form of relational database for report generation Application form for the vertical wise Request for Proposal 11. Deliverables from C-CAMP IT Department (Infrastructure & Maintenance) Workflow for verification and database lock Server & Stack Configuration: OS: Ubuntu 22.04 or above. RAM: Minimum 4 GB | Storage: Minimum 50 GB Web Server: Apache 2.4.x PHP: 8.x with required extensions Database: MySQL 8.x Domain & SSL: Allocate and configure project-specific domain/subdomain Set up and manage SSL certificates III. Terms of Engagement Website will be developed and hosted on C-CAMP servers. The developer team will: Share weekly updates with the C-CAMP InDx team Incorporate feedback and revisions from weekly meetings Beta testing to be completed within 2 months from the date of agreement. Final version to be delivered within 3 months, including: Post-Deployment Support The developer must provide support assistance to C-CAMP IT Department for a period of 3 months after final delivery. Support includes: Technical troubleshooting Clarification on system workflows Minor bug fixes or updates Guidance on admin operations Knowledge Transfer (KT) The developer must deliver complete knowledge transfer, including: Application architecture and file structure Database schema and relationships Deployment, hosting, and config procedures How to modify forms, reports, and workflows A detailed flowchart of system functionality and data flow Complete documentation, codebase, and credentials
