Maintenance Work Of Old Stp. - Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking :: 1 Km 2 Sudge clearance of drains, channels and canals with lift 1.5 Mtr and lead up to 50 Mtr 3 Locating buried manholes through magnetic tracking process / appropriate technology in all types of soil conditions by the use of universal precision cable & manhole locator including marking the estimated findings on the plan of the area & making recommendations for related work execution location as per the specifications and direction of Engineer. 4 Temporary bypassing of sewer including Plugging the mouth of pipe/s inside sewer manhole using suitable plugging system and installation of bypass arrangement for bypassing the sewage flow, including, but not limited, to pumps, pipes, connections, couplings,electrical accessories, support traffic diversions arrangements etc. including desilting of manholes, disposal of debris as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and keeping the manhole free from seepage and removal of bypass by deplugging the mouth of pipe inside sewer manhole and removal of by pass system and making the sewer system operational including all labour, Machinery, material, taxes etc. as per the specifications and directions of the Engineer For manholes of pipes upto 1200 mm dia 5 Operation & maintenance of sewerage collection & conveyance system (RCC/ HDPE/HDPE DWC pipes) from consumer point to STP complete. (line between property chamber and sewer manhole will not be measured for payment purpose). 6 Raising precast circular manhole cover and frame by taking out existing precast frame and cover, providing and fixing precast SFRC circular spacer of height 100/125/150mm, re-fixing existing manhole cover frame and cover with cement sand mortar (1:3), includingmaking good the damage, complete as directed by Engineer (8 events per month) 7 Desludging of septage from soak wells/pits/ septic tanks and transporting and emptying at inlet of FSTP including operation and maintenance of the equipment with all accessories complete in all respect over the O&M period as per specification and direction of Engineer. O&M for 4000 liter truck 8 Supply delivery at site with necessary packing, receiving, unloading, shifting, storing, installation, testing and commissioning of Non clog submersible pumping set of 2% Ni CI Cascading, Impeller CF 8M ,Shaft SS 410,mechanical seal with 10M Power & Control cable , 5M Galvanized Chain,,10M, 50mm MS galvanized Guide pipe, Duck Foot Bend, with Guide wire SS 304 etc. complete with all respect as per specificationDischarge 110 cum/hr and head 16 to 20 M 9 Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed UnArrmoured Aluminium cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with H4- Grade electrolytic aluminium conductor confirming to IS 8130 of purity >99.6 %, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray (with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size. OEM must have its own in house NABL accrediated Laboratory for testing procedure as per IS:10810.
