Tender For Operation Of Maintenance Work Of Rwss Julmi ,Teh. Ramganjmandi, Block Kherabad , Dist. Kota - Operation and Maint. Of RWSS Julmi 2 Daily/ periodical operation of valves at supply times for specified by department per sluice valve per month. (Valve rodand cap to be arranged by contractor) 80-300mm (20 x11 month=220) 3 Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size material which includes Repairing of Bursts & & leakages pollution control survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections Collection & recording minimum 10 nos. residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution /rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil / hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site This will also include cutting of pipe ends fixing of 1 pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i .e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers For entire job contractor will use their own T & P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de watering, JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipe line per month.Jointing material shall be provided by the department. Minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to be deployed. 4 1 km to 50 km - one fitter-ll & one beldar (12 km x 11 month = 132 ) 5 Maintanance of tubewells which includes round the clock monitering of tubewells of all sizes complete repair/ rewinding of submercible pumpsets including cost of material components required to repair pumpsets , starters , meters etc of electrical panels of tubewells lowering and unlowering of pumpsets complete in all respect maintanance of logbooks and history sheets as direction by engineer in charge for tubewells per month 6 1 hp to 25 HP (1 tubewell x 11 month= 11) 7 Cleaning of overhead service reservoir (ohsr) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir scarapping of walls , Disinfection of of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1 km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir 8 50 to 100 kl 9 100 to 200kl 10 Restoration of cement concrete roads in making of pit in in refular shape ramming and consolidation of surface , laying, postioning , and compacting cement concrte m20 minimum thickness200 mm upto the satisfaction of engineer incharge, the includes the making of pit in regular shape. all labour materialand T&p charge complete job 11 Running expenditure of pumphouses which includes complete operation of pumpmotor, maintenance of log-books as directed by Engineer -in-charge, general upkeeping of premises, security arrangements, Regular chemical dosing in CWR cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six months daily valve 1 operation under the Campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per month supply up to 24 (power hrs) (including repairing of pumping machinery etc.) Upto 50 HP
