Tender For Road Signage Work On Nh-24 To Via Dhakiya Parvejpur Hismah Via Kishurihai Road (Odr) To Sh-29 In Distt. Shahjahanpur - Provision of 12 nos rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm high at center, 250 mm wide placed at 1 m center to center at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint. 2 Providing & laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflect rising glass beads @ 250 gm per Sq.M. area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 including cost of all materials, labor, machineries, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work including all other charges and taxes. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORT&H specification No. 803.(LKO SOR Ch. 26 SI.No. 2) 3 Supply, fixing & eraction of built up Cantilever Structure of 6 m span comprising of One vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCCFoundation of size 0.90x0.90 mm of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 (cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge S.B) RCC with 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit) including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete.Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 andIRC 67 2010 complete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design, fabrication, supply, transportations, Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T&P machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (LKO SOR Ch. 26 SI.No. 4) 4 Providing & fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mmthickaluminium compositepanelfacetobefully covered with High Intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC-67:2010 retro reflective sheeting with MS angle frame of 35x3 (LKO SOR Ch. 26 SI.No. 10) 5 Providing and fixing of retroreflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. 6 Providing and erecting a W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 (LKO SOR Ch. 26 SI.No. 27) 7 Supplying and instalation of delinators 80-100 cm. high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panel at the top buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79 and the drawing. (LKO SOR Ch. 26 SI.No. 1) 8 Supply and fixing of Pavement Maker (Cat Eye) Type X-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennision/3-M (USA Make) consisting of ASA plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound. The housing shall contain prismatic two glass covered prismatic reflective face to reflect incident light I/C all tax etc. complete. 9 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing
