Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - As Per Sotr; As Per Sotr; Annual Maintenance Contract (Amc); As Per Sotr; Yes a) Repairing of the TS60 equipment b) Calibration of the TS60 in every 03 months at GRSE Kolkata. c) Servicing of the TS60 in every 03 months in the GRSE premises, kolkata. d) Hardware maintenance of the equipment for one year whenever required during AMC period. e) Software maintenance of the equipment for one year whenever required during AMC period. f) OEM/authorised dealer is responsible for taking machine from GRSE premises at Kolkata and returning to GRSE kolkata after completion of Calibration/ Servicing/Hardware maintenance/ Software maintenance if any during AMC Period. g) OEM/authorised dealer will be responsible for instruments insurance whenever it goes for repair/maintenance.
