Scope includes checking of leakage at joints with Soap Solution/Gas Detector, attending leakage, painting touch up work, Prepration of report as per format provided by IOAGPL.Sufficient crew/Manpower shall be available at site and should attend the leakage within 30 minutes of complaint reporting time.Free issue materials shall be supplied by IOAGPL (Contractor shall arrange for receiving, handling, loading, transportation and unloading of GI Pipe/fittings etc. from IOAGPL stores) and procument/ maintanenance of all tools, tackles and consumbales shall be bidder scope. Consumables shall include but not limited to GI powder coated clamps, Teflon Tape, \"O\" ring, etc. |
| 3 | MDPE damage recification/repair & maintenance work (upto 63 mm Dia) |
| 4 | Scope inculdes attending MDPE leakage complaint (Up to 63 mm dia) within 30 min of complaint reporting time with all tools, tackles and consumbales, closure of MDPE Valve/Sqeezing of Line, barricading of affected area,excavation of area near damage portion as per requirement, Rectification of damage line, opening of valve/Squeezer, testing of EF joint with soap solution, backifiling, prepration of report as per format provided by IOAGPL. Sufficient Crew/Manpower shall be available at site and should attend the leakage within 30 min of complaint reporting time. Free issue materials (i.e. MDPE pipe, Fittings, etc.) shall be supplied by IOAGPL (Contractor shall arrange for receiving, handling, loading, transportation and unloading of MDPE Pipes & PE Fittings etc. from IOAGPL stores). Procument/maintanenance of all tools, tackles and consumbales (i.e. Sqeezer, Valve key, Fusion Machine, Generator, Isopropyl Alcohol, etc) shall be arranged by Contractor. Works shall be executed as per instruction and satisfaction of EIC/SIC. Any pipeline relaying required, etc. shall also be in the scope of Contractor |

Works shall be executed as per instruction and satisfaction of EIC/SIC. |

| 14 | Scope Include: • To carry out emergency patrol, for the section / network vulnerable to damage due to sudden development of activities by other utilities.• To wear PPEs like safety shoes, cotton dress and reflective jacket• To carry out patrolling by driving the vehicle along the pipeline route, as per, as-built drawing, markers and valve chamber position, observing activities on pipeline as per check list, like excavation, construction, encroachment,• To coordinate and monitor with external agencies working on charged network of IOAGPL as per permissions issued on pipeline route.• To understand their work, extent of excavation and its potential hazard to underground gas pipeline• To explain them, about the gas pipeline network / route and precautions to be taken to prevent damage to gas pipelines.• To provide / update them with contact number and other details of IOAGPL authorised EIC for assistance.• To collect details of their supervisor like contact number, address etc for further coordination• To prepare report in standard format• Report immediately any unusual developments or occurrences along a pipeline route which may have some effect on the normal operation or maintenance of the pipeline |
