    Tender For Expression Of Interest (Eoi) Services For “Physical Asset & Inventory Verification And Numbering Work” At Niser, Jatni-752050, Odisha Asset Verification and Numbering of Fixed Assets for the financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. 1. Every Asset is to be physically traced /counted/located. 2. Each Asset identified as above is to be serially numbered with good quality work. 3. Numbering to be done as per Asset classification/category and logically. 4. The physical verification of assets should indentify the category of Assets, make / Brand and Manufacturer serial no. etc. to identify the asset easily. 5. The annexure to physical verification report should contain several columns and rows to indicate the serial no., name / category of Assets etc. There should be remark column to identify the present usability status of the asset e.g., whether it is obsolete or in running / working condition. 6. Make/mode/nomenclature of physical verification should exactly tally with the base data provided by NISER Store & Purchase section to identify the Assets as per specific category/brand. 7. Preparation of Asset Register as per format of GFR & GOI format. 8. The Asset valuation should match with the figure of NISER Balance sheet of concerned schedule. 9. Submission of 10 copies of physical copy of Asset Register as per GFR. 10. Any other activity, which is part of assignment, if the CA thinks deemed fit. 11. Inventory validation / stock verification report as on 31-03-2025.
