| 2 | Item no.01 Repairing, servicing,erecting, testing & commissioning of 22/0.433 KV, 1250 KVA, 3 phase, 50c/s oil immersed and naturally cooled,outdoor type copper wound transformer comprising of the works as detailed below......a) To & fro transportation of transformer from site to workshop. b) Dismantling, loading & Unloading of transformer at site including necessary crane, manpower etc. c) Unloading of transformer, opening of op cover, removal of core & coilassembly & allied work, removal of top Yoke lamination, removal of HV & LV windings, cleaning of all healthy parts, inspection of core for hot spotdamages & repairs to core if required. Reassembly of HV & LV windings on core, refilling of top Yoke lamination, Brazing/Crimping & insulating the leads, oven drying of core & coilassembly in vacuum oven, oil soakingof transformer, clamping of oil soakcore & coil assembly, tanking of core& coil assembly & allied works,assembly ofterminal connections, assembly ofaccessories of transformer & filtrationof oil under vacuum, assembly oftransformer testing for all routinetests as per IS:2026, loading,erection & commissioning oftransformer at site etc. complete. d)Providing new insulation for leads, fortap leads, inter-windingconnections, inter coil connections,cylinders, spacer blocks etc. e)Replacement of gaskets, oil seals withnecessary hardware, consumablematerial, etc. f) Painting of internalwall of tank with 2 coats of hot oilresistant paint & external spraypainting of transformer includingOLTC & radiators with 2 coats of highglossy heat resistive paint of |
